  The castle is an absolute gem!!! The owners created a beauty and luxury that one should see and experience. Everything is done so smartly and with an incredible taste – architecture, interior décor, arts… Also the location is amazing too – the beaches in Ft Lauderdale are so much nicer than in Miami. We had our 50th celebration there and a family re-union and it was the best experience. Michael catered for our party and it was great – basically everything he does is just incredible! Thank you so much, guys!

  This was the second time at the "Castle" for my wife and I and my sister and brother-in-law. Last year was with 5 other couples, this year was with our children and grand children. We came back because we enjoyed it so much last year. Michael and Bob are excellent hosts, and leave you wanting for nothing. The Castle has all the amenities you could want, and is so close to so many things to see and do. We would highly recommend the Castle to anyone!

  After viewing quite a few vacation homes for our 19-person wedding party we happily chose Michael's castle and used Michael to take care of the details, and he went way above our expectations and well beyond our wedding plan. The castle was stunning both inside and out, but as impressive as the decor was, nothing compared to what Michael did for us on our wedding day. The stress of planning from a thousand miles away was completely alleviated when we saw the work he had done. The menu was five-star, the flowers were five-star, the decoration was five-star, and the service was even better. Michael and his crew were everywhere we needed them to be and were there before we knew we needed them. Our guests still rave about the accommodations, from the comfort and style of the rooms to the Picasso artwork on the wall. We enjoyed the rooms as much as they did, but still consider the best part of our stay the way Michael and his staff took care of us, and made sure to do so within our budget. We will definitely be back for a reunion, and suggest that anyone else looking to get married, host an event, or just relax in the area choose Middle River Manor - you're throwing away your money if you don't.

  We recently stayed for 11 nights at the castle. It was more luxurious than you could imagine. Every corner hosted a story of travels and collectables. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and enjoyed by all, especially the 6 little kids. Inside and outside were suitable for all needs from sunbathing in luxury overlooking downtown, to relaxing with a book or listenig to music in peace (even with 6 kids). Everyone was able to escape to where they needed to be. Bedrooms were very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The beautiful staircase kept us in shape (there is a lift). Michael(owner) and his partner were extremely kind and accomodating. They even catered a wonderful and very affordable bbq for us in the house. Location was excellent, only 15 min walk from the lovely Galleria mall with wonderful shops and restaurants. All in all, it was the holiday of a lifetime and we all dream of going back to the castle someday soon.

  For an absolute stress-free wedding, you must go to this property! From the day we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolutely perfect! Michael and his staff could not have been more accomodating. They helped with everything from the reception, cake & flowers to the cermony. The food was excellent and the cake was outstanding! Both the bride and groom's families stayed at the house and there was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The poolside wedding was beautiful! Needless to say, this vacation rental far exceeded our expectations and we hope to return again for a vacaton.

  This was the perfect location for our destination wedding! We had out of town family stay there the week leading up to the wedding. It was great to have a central location for everyone to get together. The amenities were wonderful! It was really nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom so people didn't have to walk all over and share bathrooms. My husband and I have families that love to cook, so they were thrilled with the amazing kitchen in the house. We had 45 guests for our wedding and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owners of the house were incredible- I can't say enough wonderful things about them. They were very accommmodating and generous. They helped me plan the entire wedding from flowers and cake to food and hair and makeup. They couldn't have made our wedding any more special. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Maybe we need to renew our vows!!

  The castle was a beautiful venue for a wedding. Our group consisted of 16 people, a mixture of teenagers and adults. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very luxurious. Cooking in the kitchen was a treat with the multiple prep areas, which allows for more than one cook. Outside we relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the boats on the waterway. The location of the property was on a quiet street, yet it was close enough to walk to shops, restuarants or the beach. Michael the owner, made himself available to us whenever we needed him. He made us feel like the castle was our home for the week. This vacation rental far exceeded our expectations, and we would recommend this home - for a wedding or just a family vacation. We hope to return sometime in the future. Thank you Michael for making our wedding something special to remember and unforgetable.

  My fiancee is in the military and we planned our wedding in two months, so we had very little time. Since this was a destination wedding, I was very apprehensive. Mike, the property owner was so helpful and accessible from day 1. He was always available for any questions and was very quick with his responses. He met with my wedding planner on several ocassion to let her view the property. On the wedding day, he was there all day making sure everything runs smoothly. The house is gorgeous, clean and extravagant! The location was great too, close to everything. I would recommend this property over and over again to anyone interested in holding an event or just for a visit to FL. Great experience, great property, great owner :)

  It has been our last time in fort lauderdale for annual convention. What a beautiful way to end ! This house is really perfect for a large community of friends or family.Full of space,affascinating things,close to everywhere in fl. We only regret to have discovered it only this year . Beautiful house for a unforgettable experience. Thank you !
