Office allows plenty of space to bring your own laptop computer and has built-in queen Murphy bed. Attached double garage.

Living room with cable TV and VCR, stereo wired to sound system throughout villa. Sliding doors allow access to pool and screened lanai from living room, breakfast area, and office. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, plus all cooking and dining utensils. Dining table seats four and breakfast table seats four. Laundry has washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens supplied. Pool is enclosed with 6-foot wall for your privacy and enjoyment and is heated by an electric heat pump.

On site amenities include boat lift from fresh water to river, fitness center, large community pool with clubhouse, tennis courts, a private barrier island with beaches, barbecuing areas, and recreation areas with fishing pier.
