  Once again my wife & I enjoyed our 1 week stay @ Pam & Bob"s 4th floor Roxanne condo, Been staying here @ their condo for the last 7 yrs & enjoy every minute of it, Pam has always been a pleasure to deal with & you would be hard pressed to find anyone more accomodating , Everything is always in place & makes our stay so enjoyable & wanting to come back to stay @ their condo year, after year, Thanks Pam & keep up the good work !!! Looking forward to our 2012 stay!!

  Where to start...We had a wonderful time. Our family has been coming to this area of MB since 1992. This section is perfect for everyone. The driving distance to everything that MB has to offer is perfect. You are in the main area and can easily travel to North or South MB within minutes. The new boardwalk is just a walk away. Our two teens went with us this time and enjoyed being able to walk to the pavallion area where something is going on nightly for all to enjoy. The Roxanne is wonderful. Can not say enough about it. Being on the fouth floor was also a plus. Views are excellent from the balcony. One nice plus is that the elevator was ALWAYS quick unlike other hotels where it is an issue. Parking at the hotel is also a plus. We parked right on the property lot most of our stay but when it was full the lot across the street is well lit and can easily be viewed from the front of the hotel room. With the seperate bedroom my husband and I got to enjoy our privacy and the kids each had a place to sleep. Our daughter took the pull our sofa and our son took the pull down murphy. Suprisingly with both beds out the room still had plenty of room!! We were able to move around both freely.Washer and dryer in the unit means less to pack! Everything about our vacation was perfect...short of not being able to stay longer!! Making reservations with Pam was a pleasure. Having been in the hotel industry for 15+ years I can easily say that this experience was one of the best. Everything is just as stated and we had no suprises. We will be staying with the Britt's again. The Hunley's PS Everyone should try the Grouper at Pier 14! Excellent place to eat.

  The condo is just as described, very clean and on the beach. This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and we enjoyed the pool and the beach every day. The weather was great and there were a lot of activities for our 3 year old to do. The noise level was a bit much for us, as we didn't know what to expect. Having Walmart and other stores so close was so helpful! Our friends went to Alligator Adventures and had a blast. The boardwalk was busy every night with activities to do too. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

  We enjoyed a fun-filled 2 week vacation at Pam's condo in the Roxanne Towers. This is a great building and it is well maintained. The elevators work at almost lightning speed...seldom any waiting! Pam's condo was even better than her description. It was loaded with quality towels and lots of bedding. She supplied plush beach towels and beach chairs. There was also an umbrella and a camp chair. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, bowls, glasses, pots & pans, and small appliances. We found this to be a very comfortable and welcoming condo. The view from the balcony was terrific, especially early mornings for the sunrises. The view was great too while preparing a meal in the kitchen. The living room has a comfy sofa and 2 swivel rockers. There is a wonderfully comfortable king size bed in the bedroom. There is a big closet and lots of drawers for storage. The bathroom has access from both the hallway and the bedroom...it is clean and bright. This is such a great location that we did not move our car for days! Pier 14 and the Boardwalk are only 2 blocks away. Kmart is just a short walk up the street, as is Piggly Wiggly. There is an Olive Garden, McDonald's, TCBY and a Krispy Creme just a stroll away too. Lots of souvenir shops to wander to and little restaurants...try the River City Cafe on 21st Ave N! Boardwalk on the Beach, both Tanger outlets and the Coastal Mall are just minutes away in your car. There are dozens of nearby golf courses too. Pam is wonderful to work with and answers all questions promptly. She made the rental process so easy for us. An added bonus that we appreciated with this condo is the keyless entry, which meant no keys for us to misplace or lose on the beach! Thanks to the Britts for renting this great condo to us. We are looking forward to returning next year!

  Very good stay overall. The unit is clean, comfortable, well equipped in a well maintained building. The location is great all that for a reasonable price. You get what you see and what you read on the listing. We enjoyed staying there.

  Myself and my wife wanted to take our 5 year old to the beach but wanted to be able to keep our sleeping and napping schedules. This condo was very comfortable and had everything you needed at your fingertips. 2 Pools(1 covered, 1 uncovered), 1 Lazy River, Hot tub and a kiddie pool really make this a fun place to stay if you want everyone to have fun lounging around the pool. Lots of kids tweens and teens all got along great with plenty of space for tanning, reading and napping. We loved being able to move from the beach to the pool to the room all in the span of 10 minutes. In the late afternoons the shade covers the pools and the nearby beach and offers a chance to cool down before dinner. The wind at the beach was able to keep a kite flying indefinitely. At night we would walk around to close by fun-spots and take in the local scenery. There is a Krispy Kreme, Pizza place and a NY Bagel Deli all within 5 minutes of Roxanne towers. Every night we watched movies, baked cookies and just unplugged. There was plenty of parking and we parked with 50 feet of the door 90% of the week. We saved a ton of money by eating at our room and did not lose any pool time getting ready and traveling to eat meals. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation and totally relax. This is so handy for people with small children. We set out for a perfect dream vacation and it was mission accomplished. Relaxing, Fun and No Stress. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future. It is just that good.

  My family stayed here in July. It was very nice and very comfortable. The location is great. Glad we stayed here because further down the beach it was VERY crowded. It was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. Would definately reccommend condo to anyone. Also the staff at the condo were very friendly.

  *****GREAT HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! We greatly enjoyed our weeks stay at your wonderful condominium right on Myrtle Beach. The views of every morning sunrises over the balcony was exceptional and made our Christmas celebration very memorable! Our first trip to Myrtle Beach will not be our last and you will be our Home Away from Home each and every time! The fully equipped unit was perfect for our unexpected treat. Your full working kitchen with all the conveniences of home helped us stay on our limited budget. The unit was in mint condition and very inviting with room enough to sleep 6 adults if we needed to. Our savings on eating in and packing light with carry-on luggage only, made for extra rounds of golf on some of the higher end golf courses at Myrtle Beach. Thank you sincerely for making our stay such a great one! We will definitely be back and only hope that you will still have availability for us our next trip "home". - Lois & Chip

  The Roxanne condo was great! All the amenities we needed, very clean and well cared for, and you get up every morning and sip your coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean! We'll be back!
