This condominium is almost as unforgettable as the town it's located in. Convenient location that is both private and accessible at once, this luxury condo is an incredible place to relax and rediscover yourself.
Amenities galore! Three bedrooms offer a great night's rest after a day frolicking in the sand and visiting nearby attractions. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The double sleeper sofa in the third bedroom and two extraordinarily large and comfortable couches offer sleeping arrangements for up to six people in multiple configurations! All linens are provided.
A private balcony overlooks the ocean. Many large windows provide a clear view of the ocean from almost anywhere in the condo. The swimming pool is walled in and private, shared by only one other condo. Beautiful kitchen including granite counter-tops and everything you need. All you need to bring is food! Other nearby dining options include dozens of local restaurants(some of which are quite elegant) and various grocery stores all conveniently located.
Two full bathrooms have glass enclosed showers, and a large Jacuzzi tub is available in the master bath. Plenty of storage and closet space available, so if you'd like to visit for an extended time there's plenty of room for all of your personal belongings. Other features include a private elevator and private parking lot. Two televisions (including a 37" Flat Screen HDTV) with cable, phone and WiFi provided free of charge. High ceilings and designer furniture accent this already stunning getaway. The area of the beach this condo is located near is largely residential and therefore quieter and less crowded. This beautiful beach is a relaxing place for a stroll in the soft white sand. Unlike many of Florida's beaches, this part of St. Augustine beach does not permit vehicles making this a safe place for you and your children to play and relax.

We had a great time at this condo. Really enjoyed the views, the easy access to the beach. The decor was very nice, the furniture comfortable. The beach was uncrowded and very clean. There's a nice restaurant closeby "Coquina House" and it was great. Love the St. Augustin area. The Lighthouse and downtown was a lot fun. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Beautiful condo! We didn't want to leave! We really felt at home and loved waking up to the sunrise over the ocean. Beautiful views from the porch, living room and master bedroom. AWESOME!!!!
