The home has recently been updated and is clean and comfortable. Amenities abound with a backyard pool and spa.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with access to the back patio. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed while the third bedroom has two twins. There is ample living space in the living room, dining room and kitchen with a gas fireplace for those cool desert nights.
Palm Desert Country Club won Golf Inc. Magazine's '2006 Renovation of the Year'. Palm Desert Country Club was established in 1962 and is one of the oldest in the valley. It's a traditional Southern California-style golf course designed by Billy Bell Jr. designer of Torrey Pines, La Jolla Country Club and Bermuda Dunes CC. Palm Desert Country Club was host to the 'Hope of Tomorrow Tournament.' part of the Bob Hope Classic and the site of Tom Kite's first professional victory.
Cary Bickler was selected as the course architect, whose commitment to the historic fabric of this 1956 vintage Bill Bell Jr. course helped set the pace for change and improvement. The country club consists of an 18-hole championship course, a nine-hole executive golf course, and a 13,000 square foot clubhouse on approximately 200 acres.

We had a wonderful week at this desert home. The location is quiet and serene yet very close to lots of fun things to see and do in Palm Desert. The sparkling pool and jacuzzi were the highlight for our family. We also appreciated the well equipped kitchen with good quality cookware and tableware and BBQ. It was nice to have the "little extras" like pool toys, spices, coffee and sugar already in the house as well as plenty of towels. The owner was very helpful and responsive. He gave us some great recommendations on hikes and restaurants in the area and called to make sure that our holiday was going well.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We spent several days here in the spring when it was still cold in the Midwest. The weather was beautiful & the house was very clean & comfortable & nicely located within the city. The backyard pool was in the sun most of the afternoon, so that was perfect too! All amenities were as described in the description & in the photos, so we were very pleased! I would recommend this property to anyone!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Met family at the house. We all enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Home is well maintained and well furnished. Hope to go back again. Homeowner was willing to answer questions we had about the spa.
