This beautiful cottage is nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach....where you can walk or bike to everything.
One of the first things that people tell me when they arrive at Long Time No Sea is..."WOW, this is nicer than the photos.............. AND THE LOCATION is perfect. Almost like the days gone by where you can let your kids bike to the pool and bike everywhere without feeling worried....you can also walk to restaurants and shops...
Our cottage can accomodate up to 6 people comfortably with the use of the sofa sleeper and Long Time No Sea is also the perfect cozy getaway cottage if you are a honeymooner
The Cottage has two bedrooms, with TV’s and their own private baths and a inviting balcony off of the master suite..........plus a third full bath on the first floor
On the first level, the open and spacious living area is light and sunny with a sofa sleeper (queen)for additional guests another TV , internet and a FULL BATH.....yes we have three full baths in our cottage.
Our Cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen for those who wish to create their own meals enjoying our local seafood available nearby and we have provided an outside grill for your use.
The pool is FANTASTIC and of course you have the beach.........it is located within walking and biking distance to the famous and intriguing community known as Rosemary Beach where concerts and outdoor activities abound, and the New community of Alys Beach..

But better than that, our community has a 12,000 sq.foot POOL featuring waterfalls, fountains,two bath houses and the pool is a very, very, short walk from our cottage.
We also have concerts that are scheduled for the summer of 09 at the pool area with a great amphitheater lawn where you can set up a blanket and enjoy a picnic or glass of wine under the stars while the music plays during the warm and balmy nights of summer.
If the beach is what you are after, we have a FREE shuttle service that will pick you up at the front door and take you to our pristine white-sandy beaches with cool clear emerald green water which is only minutes away, or you can walk or bike there on your own
Nearby shopping and wonderful restaurants in Rosemary Beach , Seacreast Beach and Alys Beach are just a stroll away.
The communities of Seaside and Watercolor are also just a few miles down scenic 30A. Camp Creek Golf Club is located just five minutes away. This Location is perfect for family fun or just a relaxing day at the beach. If you haven't seen the ocean lately, "LONG TIME NO SEA" is here waiting for you.

We stayed August 20-27, 2011. What a wonerful vacation!! The beach home was WONDERFUL! It was clean, cute and very well stocked with any thing you need for a stay at a home. The kitchen had everything one would need! Each room was comfy and had a TV and the WIFI was great! We compared the property with others in the area. We feel that this community was the best there was to offer. The beach was close, the pool was closer and HUGE!!! We walked to Rosemary Beach for breakfast, Alys Beach for dinner and enjoyed 2 dinners at Seacrest Beach! We don't cook on Vacay!! My husband doesn't have much time to really relax unless we are on vacation and this was the spot to do it!! We beached, pooled, ate, shopped, and had a wondeful time! We will be coming back to this home over and over again!!!

Great Place. Kids loved the pool, wife loved the beach, that means dad was happy. There are some fun things to do in the area for everyone and lots of neat local places to eat with some great food. Looking forward to coming back.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of spending 5 days at "Long Time No Sea" and want everyone considering a trip to the 30A area to know this is a great home away from home wonderful this property! Seacrest Beach is a private community located near terrific restaurants, gorgeous beaches, trendy shops and a pool that is one of the best we have found. "Long Time No Sea" is a comfortable, cozy cottage and provides all the essential ingredients to an enjoyable vacation The posted photos do not do it justice! We appreciated the wireless internet, games, current magazines & books and the tram service that is available at a moment's notice. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the near future.

This was my 3rd trip to this area and this house and both are perfect. The beach community has such an awesome pool and the beach is wonderful. You can walk to great restuarants and some great little shops or drive a few minutes to everything. You couldnt ask for a more relaxing stay and we plan on coming back every year. I guarantee you will love this place.
