Villa Mara is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa on a small, peaceful gated community in Davenport just seven miles from disney. The private pool looks over a conservation area and has a large deck with a covered lanai for those who don't want to sit in the sun.
The King Master Suite has a large bathroom with bathtub and large seperate walk in shower, TV and patio doors leading out to the pool.
The Queen Master Suite also has a full bathroom.
A Queen Bedroom and a twin share the third bathroom. The half bath is on the poolside which has a shower outside.
The comfortably furnished family room has a wide screen tv with surround sound, DVD player and triple sliding doors leading to the pool area, offering an outstanding view.
The games room has a full size slate bed pool table and electronic darts.
The dining area seats 8 and also has double sliding doors leading to the lanai and pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while you stay here.
The villa has wifi internet connection.
Champions Gate Golf Club is just a mile away with two championship courses designed by Greg Norman and plays host to several top professional tournaments throughout the year, and there are up to 30 major golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
It is an ideal location for snowbirds wanting to leave the northern winter behind.
