I stayed from December to January 2011/2012 in this condo and felt very much at home. The place was very clean and thoughtfully equipped by the owners. I had a chance to meet the owner who promptly dealt with a few problems that I had had. All in all I was very happy with the place including the swimming pool and hot tub which was used during the very cold spell that I experienced there. Even though it the winter months, walking along the beach up to the state park was very enjoyable. Thank you once again and I told my family that I would rent that place again the next time I come to visit.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is great. Our boys loved the pool and the secret bedroom. The place was spotless, and the owners very prompt in responding to our emails. My wife and I especially loved the calmness of the bay at sunset.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

For our three generation family of 8 ... your condo was perfect. Our two little granddaughters were thrilled with the hide-a-way room for wee ones. Our two teenage granddaughters loved the pool, hot tub, beach and lounging in the condo. We all enjoyed beach combing, clam digging, evening walks for ice cream, and local activities nearby. Thank you for your gracious hospitality during our stay in your condo. We all agree we'd love to come back!

We spent a wonderful week in this Birch Bay condo. I had a work conference but my family really enjoyed the tidal pools, fishing in the area, fresh berry markets, fresh fish markets, etc during the day. At night we cooked fresh seafood every evening and sat on the deck to watch the sunset. We also had a wonderful experience with the owner of the condo. A smoke detector kept going off one night and the next day the owner was there to fix it and even brought us a bottle of wine for any inconvenience. We only used the pool once (too busy doing other things) but it was in excellent condition and very, very nice.

We had an absolutely fabulous time during our stay. The condo was EXTREMELY clean and had everything a person could possibly need. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked which was great because we cooked and ate most of our meals right at the condo. The fold out table was perfect for our family to dine while taking in the fabulous view from the patio. The club house is wonderful and my son's favorite part of the trip was swimming in the pool. We were able to comb the beach, fly our kites, ride our bikes to get ice cream, swim in the bay and in the pool, drive down the road for go-kart rides, and roast marshmallows on the beach...what more could someone want? The only thing we wanted were more days. We will surely be booking another stay soon.

This was the best condo rental we have done so far. The condo ammenities were outstanding. We had an ideal time with sunshine and minus tides at noon. We definitely would stay at this cond again. With this condo we could us it as a basecamp to check out how the region has changed in the time all of have been away yet quiet and peaceful enough to act like a cat basking in the sun. Thanks.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Birch Bay in this lovely, clean and very well-equipped condo. I appreciated the fully furnished kitchen which was the best I've experienced. The two balconies, one on the east and one on the west give you a choice to be in our out of the sun and still be outdoors. The grounds are well maintained, the pool and hot tub were clean and warm. We will be back.

This Birch Bay condo was a home away from home, it was equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The kids loved the hideaway bedroom and played hours in the indoor pool and the beach. Thanks for a great vacation.
