  My wife, our baby, and I recently stayed here for a couple nights. We will be sure to tell our friends about this great place. There was plenty of room for us with the little one. And the location to Carmel by the Sea is just a few minutes away by car. There's also a nice hiking trail a minute's drive down the road. Bill was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. We look forward to coming back again.

  Perfect location ,lovely deck overlooking the Valley. We brought Wine, owner brought us a nice wine rack to use and took the time to join us for a glass on the deck. Nice surroundings for pleasant walks with easy access to DT Carmel and Highway 1. We enjoyed! We will be back, John and Judith

  This was our second vacation at this charming spot, and this year we stayed the entire month of August. Hosts are fantastic and want to please you in every way; extremely helpful about local resources and even gave us passes to the amazing Monteray Acquarium. Excellent accomodations! We highly recommend. Happy Las Vegas Visitors.

  We had a really great time in this comfortable, clean, quiet and fully equipped house. Perfectly located and close to the ocean, the restaurants and downtown Carmel it makes an excellent choice. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful for all the activities including golf. Thank you so much, Bill! We will definitely be back soon.

  Meet all our expectations, nice location, great views, the aquarium and 17-mile-drive passes were a nice perk, recommending this to our daughter and husband

  Very nice,clean and comfortable accommodations. Even though it's on the lower level of the house, because it's built on a slope, you have a walkout, with your own deck and a fabulous view. We walked one afternoon to the Carmel Mission. They also left us passes for the Monterey Bay Aquarium, which was fabulous!! We also booked a tee time at Rancho Canada which had great last minute deals through " golfnow.com". (having wi-fi was fantastic!!) It also is right off Hiway 1 which made it easy to get to everything. Bill was away while we were there but Ting was most helpful, giving us a list of golf courses. Our only hesitation in giving this a 5 star, is that next time we want to book, it might not be available !!

  My husband and I took a much needed long weekend to Carmel and Monterey. The home was conveniently located, in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was convenient to all of the major attractions, including Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, Whale Watching and Fishing trips, the Carmel mission, the 17 mile Road, Pebble Beach Golf Resort, tons of other golf areas and some wonderful restaurants. We didn't much time at the house, as we were trying to see as much as we could during our short stay. It was great coming home to a comfortable bed and relaxing porch. We really need to stay for a week during our next visit. Our hosts Ting and Bill were wonderful.

  This place is absolutely fantastic. Bill was the perfect host. It was like visiting an old friend. We spent the week attending the AT&T golf tournament and really appreciate everything Bill did for us. He made a great vacation even better. Inviting us to his superbowl party with his friends was great! Thanks again. The apartment was everything that the listing says it was and more. Great to have some meals at home even though the restaurants were terrific. Probably the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Can't wait to return as we wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else and can't recommend it more highly. A great big thankyou to both Bill and Ting!!! Bob and Lynne G.

  My husband and I booked this place very last minute. Bill, the owner, was very accommodating. He got back to us quickly and was helpful. This place has everything you will need for your stay. It has great views and is nicely decorated. We would definitely recommend staying here. The complimentary Monterey Bay Aquarium and 17 Mile Drive passes were excellent, too!!
