My friend and I stayed in the upstairs condo for a week in February. The condo was VERY clean and comfortable. The location is IDEAL! Steps away from the beach and easy access to many GREAT restaurants. It was also a quick trip to both the Bradenton and Sarasota area. The only suggestions that I would make the help make unit perfect would be to stock the bathrooms with new towels and washcloths and update the televisions to flat screens.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here and we love it! It's beautiful and clean and right across from the beach. (Only thing missing is a dvd player for family movie nights - which is really every night)Will more than likely stay again next year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My family and I stayed here during spring break 2010... The duplex is nicely furnished and super clean which is important. The location is awesome with the beach being right across the street from the duplex. I would recommend this location to family and friends and look forward to more visits.
