This is a lovely manufactured home with all the comforts of home. Located inside our own development in the City of Punta Gorda, Charlotte County. Near all shopping, restaurants, Charlotte County beaches. Accessible to Seminole Golf Course within minutes from the residence. Centered between the cities Sarasota and Fort Myers offering more theatres, restaurants and museum. Close to Major Cities such as Tampa, Orlando where major theme parks are located (Disney World, Universal, Wet and Wild, Epcot Center, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island)within a couple of hours drive. If you wish to bring a boat we have our own boat ramp and fishing dock. There is no public traffic in the park so you can bicycle around the area without fear of other vehicles, or take leisurely walks around the park. Our development as well as the City of Punta Gorda is one of the safest city in South Florida.
