After a restful sleep you will be ready for some adventure! Fishing or boating at Patoka Lake, checking out the State Recreational Area and visitors center, or planning a day at Holiday World theme park or Marengo cave will get your blood pumping. A trip to nearby Frenck Lick Casino offers gaming, food, golfing and shopping as well as train rides and cinemas. This home is private but it is centrally located to lots of activities. There are two marinas on Patoka lake with boat rentals and supplies. Winter is a special time if you are a skier with Ski Paoli Peaks just 20 miles away.
The home is fully furnished with a full kitchen and uniquely decorated with a hunting / fishing theme and rustic laminate wood floors. Large couches and rocker recliners keep things comfortable and the satellite / DVD player / High speed satellite internet keep it entertaining. With 28 windows and glass patio door the out doors is always in view. The hot tub is located on the deck with views of the 2 acre grounds and private fishing lake. The charcoal grill is located off the deck as well as the large fire ring. Patio set with 6 chairs completes the outside area along with large shade trees and lawn sculptures.
