This 1st floor unit is steps away from the heated pool and steps away from the stairs leading down to the beach. The view is somewhat blocked by the vegetation shown in the pictures, but you can still see a small section of the beach. The condo was pretty clean upon arrival (we usually clean everything ourselves anyway), the pictures accurately show how it looked when we arrived. The master is a king bed and pretty comfortable, the other bedroom has twin beds and the couch is a sleeper. The complex is huge and the age ranged from 2yrs to elderly. We went at spring break, so there were a lot of high school/college age kids. I thought the partying was going to get out of hand but the onsite security and management took complaints pretty seriously (we didn't have any issues). The condo is very quiet inside - we didn't hear any of our neighbors to the side or above, which was great. The only drawback was the balcony is pretty small and we thought we could use the patio table on the deck for dining. However, you have to walk around the building to get to it so it's not very convenient, but it's minor drawback. The complex is near the shops in Seagrove and an easy bike ride or car ride to the other towns on 30-A. We found that a lot of people used the deck area outside our unit to layout since it provided a wind block and to walk to and from the pool. In that regard it lacks a little privacy. Overall, I was pleased with the condo. I specifically wanted a ground floor place since we have a 3yr old and it worked out well. I was glad we were close to the pool despite people walking in front of our balcony. We like Seagrove Beach because it's close to everything, but still gives a bit of a buffer from the traffic and congestion in the area. I would stay in this condo again without hesitation.

Had a great vacation at 106 Seagrove Place. The condo was very clean, comfortable and convenient. We were very close to the pool and the beach. Love that it wasn't very crowded! The service was great. When I had a question I got an answer right away.

We loved being on the main level and that the condo was so clean and comfortable!! Only drawback was limited view of the ocean...my Mom likes to see the beach and ocean from the den and patio!! Mom loved the step in shower. Loved being so close to the pool, it was just steps away and very short walk to the beach!! Easy and close access to the grills too. All the amenities of home and more!! Just wished we could have figured out how to lock the wheels on the twin beds to keep them from moving. Loved it and hated when our stay had to end!!!

We found it! Cute and comfy, a condo in the sun with a view. We know that 106 OSP will be our home away from home. The best part is the location. At 106, we are steps from the pool - which is nice sized, well-equipped, and well-kept. We can see the gulf and hear the crashing waves from the deck. The glistening white beach is three flights of steps down from the common patio area. Whether at the beach, pool, or on the deck of 106, my husband and I met a lot of very nice and friendly people, both guests and OSP staff. The seashore décor in 106 is cute but not gaudy. The furniture and appliances are of good quality. The kitchen is filled with everything needed to cook, bake, and serve meals. We found great places of all price points to dine and shop along 30-A. The Publix store is close enough to visit and restock the 'frig and pantry. We truly did not want to leave and were glad that it was raining on departure day --- it made leaving easier. We will be back!

Reviewed on: 06/28/2013 for their stay in 05/2013 106 One Seagrove Place We've been staying at One Seagrove Place for several years in various units. We chose OSP 106 because we now have small children and felt more comfortable on the first floor. Access to the beach is unmatched at OSP and the pool is a really great place to hang out as well. It almost goes without saying that the view is terrific!. Osp 106 is very well appointed with tile floors throughout including some area rugs. The kitchen is loaded with all manner of cooking utensils and quality appliances. You don't need to bring anything except food. =) The bathrooms are updated and clean. This place is definitely worth checking out.

the location is perfect, especially if you have little people, and it's nothing to run back and forth when you need stuff from the beach. The property deck out front feels like your own extension of your condo. Goatfeathers is next door and makes grilling fish everynight a breeze. The view is panoramic which was my favorite part. The master bed had a tempurpedic top and was super comfortable. Rare in rentals. I kept a star off for only a couple of reasons. Hopefully the owner will see and are easy fixes. There are no throw rugs around the king bed making it easy to get sand in your bed when getting into bed at night, and the one night stand is so big it doesn't allow for another on the other side of the bed. a bummer if you want a glass of water at night or coffee in the morning. One of the twin beds had some synthetic sheets, and don't breathe well when sleeping. Also, I'm a big fan of those thin cotton middle blankets when a comfortor is too much. They did have extra plush blankets in the closet, but again, more than what you may want when you've been in the sun all day. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again!

As frequent visitors to 30A we've stayed lots of different places depending on the size of our group and the purpose of the trip - from 5 bedroom houses on the beach to off-beach condos to hotel rooms. This was our second stay in #106 at One Seagrove Place which is just one of two "high rise" condo buildings constructed before the 4 story restriction was imposed. Which means that the building has been around for a while and looks monolithic compared to the design of more recent buildings. Despite it's age it was well constructed and remains clean and not fancy (no gated entry, fountains etc) with a big open parking lot. This trip was specifically so we could do some triathlon training in heat and humidity (we got neither as a front came through) so our criteria were: a main floor unit with no stairs to climb carrying bikes and gear, a pool for post-workout cool down, beachfront for obvious reasons, walking next door to Goatfeathers for boiled shrimp and walking to Flip-Flops for morning beignets. Walk out the door and down the stairs to the beach. Our contacts were Dennis who has the iTrip.net franchise for 30A and his assistant Allison. Both are very responsive and accommodating and we really liked iTrip's online rental agreement and payment system which was a snap. Unit 106 is on the main floor just 10 steps from where we parked and the pool is 25 steps outside the condo door. The interior pictures are exactly what you get. ... decor is a bit dated in style (think 90's wicker) but comfortable and spacious. The whole living room wall is a mirror which gives it a much bigger feel. Both the master and living room face the ocean and have huge floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass hurricane proof doors that open to the full-width patio. The exterior pictures are a bit deceiving as you are much closer to the ocean than the pictures indicate. Those bushes in the photos sit atop the dune above the beach. We really loved sitting on the patio in the morning with coffee and beignets looking at the ocean. At night, we cracked open the bedroom patio door and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The en-suite bath is handicap friendly with raised toilet and roll in shower. We had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen with espresso/coffee machine (except no coffee filters), laundry, blender, stainless appliances, WiFi, big TV with BluRay (but no stereo) etc. Bottom line: clean, comfortable, good value condo on the beach.

Well,....the building is of reinforced concrete, a plus when the weather get's extreme. The windows are especially UV resistant. There is not a step or elevator to bother with. The view is of tropical greenery and the sea beyond, a buffer to the sometimes noisy surf. The pool is very close, but just around the corner, eliminating the odd shrieks of kids. The kitchen is well equipped for those who tire of eating out. The floor is on solid ground, so tap-dance at your will. The fishmonger is just steps away. Walking trails start right across the road. The whole area is one of the scenic beauty of dune lakes, marshes, beach and forest. Having returned often, we find this unit to suit our needs and can recommend it highly. The owner lives not too far and makes sure, that everything is on the up and up, or get's righted in the case of a mishap. No, I do not receive benefits for this. (;-) H.L.

We stayed here in March 2011 and had the most wonderful experience. The pictures on the internet were a great representation as to how the condo looked. It was extremely clean and well maintained and had a very "cozy" feel to it. The beds were very comfy, which makes all the difference. It has a complete kitchen (literally had everything you needed to cook), so it was nice that we were able to buy groceries and cook several of our meals which saved us a ton of money. There is a very nice sized grocery store less than 5 minutes away. I also loved that they had a washer and dryer to use. There is nothing better than being able to come back from vacation with a bag full of clean clothes. The condo is on the 1st floor, so it was easy to access everything quickly. The patio off of the front room was wonderful and we sat out there many a night watching the sunset, drinking wine and playing games. It is also very nice if you have little ones to be on the first floor. You don't have to worry about them going out on the patio by themselves. We also loved the fact that the pool was only a few yards away and you could see the pool from the patio. The beach was only a few steps away and the grounds of the condo were also kept very clean and nice. Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful. The beach here is the nicest in the area by far. The sand is truly like white powder and so soft. It was such a wonderful place to stay and we will definately be coming back again!!!
