the location is perfect, especially if you have little people, and it's nothing to run back and forth when you need stuff from the beach. The property deck out front feels like your own extension of your condo. Goatfeathers is next door and makes grilling fish everynight a breeze. The view is panoramic which was my favorite part. The master bed had a tempurpedic top and was super comfortable. Rare in rentals. I kept a star off for only a couple of reasons. Hopefully the owner will see and are easy fixes. There are no throw rugs around the king bed making it easy to get sand in your bed when getting into bed at night, and the one night stand is so big it doesn't allow for another on the other side of the bed. a bummer if you want a glass of water at night or coffee in the morning. One of the twin beds had some synthetic sheets, and don't breathe well when sleeping. Also, I'm a big fan of those thin cotton middle blankets when a comfortor is too much. They did have extra plush blankets in the closet, but again, more than what you may want when you've been in the sun all day. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

As frequent visitors to 30A we've stayed lots of different places depending on the size of our group and the purpose of the trip - from 5 bedroom houses on the beach to off-beach condos to hotel rooms. This was our second stay in #106 at One Seagrove Place which is just one of two "high rise" condo buildings constructed before the 4 story restriction was imposed. Which means that the building has been around for a while and looks monolithic compared to the design of more recent buildings. Despite it's age it was well constructed and remains clean and not fancy (no gated entry, fountains etc) with a big open parking lot. This trip was specifically so we could do some triathlon training in heat and humidity (we got neither as a front came through) so our criteria were: a main floor unit with no stairs to climb carrying bikes and gear, a pool for post-workout cool down, beachfront for obvious reasons, walking next door to Goatfeathers for boiled shrimp and walking to Flip-Flops for morning beignets. Walk out the door and down the stairs to the beach. Our contacts were Dennis who has the iTrip.net franchise for 30A and his assistant Allison. Both are very responsive and accommodating and we really liked iTrip's online rental agreement and payment system which was a snap. Unit 106 is on the main floor just 10 steps from where we parked and the pool is 25 steps outside the condo door. The interior pictures are exactly what you get. ... decor is a bit dated in style (think 90's wicker) but comfortable and spacious. The whole living room wall is a mirror which gives it a much bigger feel. Both the master and living room face the ocean and have huge floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass hurricane proof doors that open to the full-width patio. The exterior pictures are a bit deceiving as you are much closer to the ocean than the pictures indicate. Those bushes in the photos sit atop the dune above the beach. We really loved sitting on the patio in the morning with coffee and beignets looking at the ocean. At night, we cracked open the bedroom patio door and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The en-suite bath is handicap friendly with raised toilet and roll in shower. We had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen with espresso/coffee machine (except no coffee filters), laundry, blender, stainless appliances, WiFi, big TV with BluRay (but no stereo) etc. Bottom line: clean, comfortable, good value condo on the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Well,....the building is of reinforced concrete, a plus when the weather get's extreme. The windows are especially UV resistant. There is not a step or elevator to bother with. The view is of tropical greenery and the sea beyond, a buffer to the sometimes noisy surf. The pool is very close, but just around the corner, eliminating the odd shrieks of kids. The kitchen is well equipped for those who tire of eating out. The floor is on solid ground, so tap-dance at your will. The fishmonger is just steps away. Walking trails start right across the road. The whole area is one of the scenic beauty of dune lakes, marshes, beach and forest. Having returned often, we find this unit to suit our needs and can recommend it highly. The owner lives not too far and makes sure, that everything is on the up and up, or get's righted in the case of a mishap. No, I do not receive benefits for this. (;-) H.L.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Thank you so very much! We look forward to having you as our guests year after year!! BB

We stayed here in March 2011 and had the most wonderful experience. The pictures on the internet were a great representation as to how the condo looked. It was extremely clean and well maintained and had a very "cozy" feel to it. The beds were very comfy, which makes all the difference. It has a complete kitchen (literally had everything you needed to cook), so it was nice that we were able to buy groceries and cook several of our meals which saved us a ton of money. There is a very nice sized grocery store less than 5 minutes away. I also loved that they had a washer and dryer to use. There is nothing better than being able to come back from vacation with a bag full of clean clothes. The condo is on the 1st floor, so it was easy to access everything quickly. The patio off of the front room was wonderful and we sat out there many a night watching the sunset, drinking wine and playing games. It is also very nice if you have little ones to be on the first floor. You don't have to worry about them going out on the patio by themselves. We also loved the fact that the pool was only a few yards away and you could see the pool from the patio. The beach was only a few steps away and the grounds of the condo were also kept very clean and nice. Everyone at the property was very friendly and helpful. The beach here is the nicest in the area by far. The sand is truly like white powder and so soft. It was such a wonderful place to stay and we will definately be coming back again!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
