This is a three bedroom, two baths Teak house with an attached garage, located in the jungle on the Naranjito River just 20 minutes from Manuel Antonio and Quepos Costa Rica. This Riverhouse and its surroundings will rejuvenate your body and spirit with the magnificence of nature. It’s the peace and relaxation one looks for when visiting Costa Rica. You can enjoy the front yard watching the Butterflies, Humming birds and other exotic birds during the day and the Fireflies during the evening and sleep to the natural music of the river and then wake to the songs of the many exotic birds in the morning. The house is located directly in front of a local swimming hole which terminates the class IV rapids on the Naranjito River. One can watch the white water river rafters as they float down the river experiencing the thrill of the rapids while you are sipping your first cup of coffee in the morning and listen to the smoothing sounds of the river as it rushes by.
This house is fully furnished with Air Conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen including: Refrigerator, Electric Range/Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Crock pot, Rice Cooker, Blender, glassware, cookware and everything you could possible need. Our laundry facilities has a full size washer and dryer and for your use with laundry soap included for your convenience.
* We welcome our guests with, coffee, sugar and various miscellaneous condiments for convenience and your use.
*We have boogie boards, beach mats, beach towels, linens for your personal enjoyment.
*We offer all bath and hand soaps and insect repellent if you wish to hike in the nearby mountains.
The main level has a gathering room adjacent to the kitchen with Sky TV and a 32" Flat Screen TV with all your favorite channels. One bedroom with a Select Comfort sleep number bed and a bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor. You can sit on the ground floor Patio furnished with bamboo furniture and listen to the sounds of the river and enjoy your meals or refreshments.
The second level is up the winding Teak staircase to two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom and second guest bedroom, a private dressing room and master bathroom furnished with a garden tub and shower, designer Italian tile and custom sink all closed off by double stain glass sliding doors are located on this level. The master bedroom is quite spacious with telephone and Select comfort Sleep Number double bed. Here you can enjoy the sounds of nature; see red Macaws and Tucans from the second level balcony with a fresh ever present river breeze. The patio is the full width of the house and can be accessed from either second floor bedroom.
There are various excellent restaurants and grocery stores within a five minute walk or use our bicycle to go into town of Londres for your shopping conveyance.
This is a unique home constructed of all Teak wood blending with the environment and relaxing atmosphere of Costa Rica. For those that wish to experience the night life there are several bars/night clubs within walking distance or you can drive into Quepos/Manuel Antonio for the nights entertainment.

Single Night Rental:
Jan 1 – Dec 31 - $225.00/night and a $25.00 maid fee and $250.00 refundable damage deposit.
Enjoy a one night’s stay at the Riverhouse. We will pick you up at the Quepos Airport or Quepos Bus Station and take you to the house and the next day at your convenience before 12:00 noon we will return to take you to the Quepos Airport or Quepos Bus Station. We will refund your $250.00 damage deposit on the return to Quepos.

We require 50% to guarantee your reservation with the remainder plus $250 refundable damage deposit 30 days prior to your reservation date. We also require a $25.00 cleaning fee upon your arrival. We will refund your damage deposit within 10 days of your departure to the account of your choice, or a check sent via mail, or deposited directly to your bank if you provide the routing number and account number for the deposit which ever method you prefer.
We look forward to your reservation and it is our hope to see you and your friends year after year, for returning guest we offer an additional $50.00/day discount.
We do offer personal concierge service assisting you with the best of the best tour companies, sailing, dolphin watch, snorkeling, sports fishing and any information that will ensure your vacation is memorable. In addition we offer in house catering service with a full menu to select from or a delightful ethnic-theme dinner.
