Unit is well appointed with washer and dryer in Aptments utility room. Living room has two sets of 8 x 6 double sliding glass doors for excellent views of ocean. Master bedroom has private entrance. No driving allowed on beach in Ponce Inlet.
Walking distance to Ponce Lighthouse and Jetty. North Turn Restaurant is within 200 yards South on beach. 8.5 miles to I-95, shopping four to five miles. Space Center, Disney World, Blue Spruce Springs with manatees, Big Tree Park, and Sea World are all within driving for a day's jaunt. Daytona Speedway 12 miles, four golf courses within seven to ten miles.
