Palazzo is a 1 1/2 year old condominium on the most beautiful beaches. You can be one of the first guest in our amazing condo. Two king bedrooms, bunk room with twin over full, two full bathrooms, master bath with dressing room and large walk in closet.

- We have the largest private balcony available on the beach. 829 square feet of private balcony right outside your living room and master bedroom. Because we are on the lobby level we share the extra tall 12 foot high ceilings. You will really feel like you have had a one of a kind vacation. NO SMOKING ON OUR BALCONY OR IN CONDO, NO PETS IN OUR CONDO OR ON BALCONY. $1000.00 DAMAGE CHARGE IF YOU DO EITHER.

Why the Owner Chose Palazzo
We love Palazzo with its convinent location to the new International Airport that is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2010. Palazzo is 2/10th's of a mile west of the intersection of Hwy. 79 and Front Beach Road. We love the huge 830 Square foot balcony. It is the only condo in this complex that rents that has this big balcony. It is on the first floor andthere areonly 3 units on this floor. It has 4 parking decks underneath.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This balcony is amazing. You can take a nap in the hammock, sleep on the outdoor bed or watch the sunset or sunrise. This unit is located on the same level as the pool and hot tub. You do not have to get on the elevator to go to these amenities. The gym is one floor up and overlooks the pool and the gulf. The unit has very comfortable beds and a sectional sofa with two recliners. Equipped with LG flat screens in every room with Comcast cable with HBO. It also has High Speed Internet.
