Great Location! This Studio Suite is located in Prince Plaza 2 across the corner of the newly built Greenbelt 5 Mall, behind the new home of Ayala Museum, all connected to the rest of Greenbelt Malls, Restaurants and Theaters with a bridgewalk to Landmark Dept. Store that connects to Glorietta Malls, Theaters and Restaurants.
1 block to 5 star hotels like Shangrila Hotel, The Renaissance New World and Manila Peninsula. 1 block to Financial District on Ayala Avenue, 1 block to Makati Avenue.
This Studio Suite has a queen size bed and a full size futon. Secured swimming pool in the penthouse level is for our condo guests' use so hotel patrons are not allowed in the pool area.
Our Executive Condos, like this one, are privately owned vacation homes set up as self-service apartments. They come fully furnished with well equipped kitchens including extra beddings, towels, cookware, dinnerware, initial toiletry and cleaning supply so no room service, no daily housekeeping nor daily change of sheets and towels are provided.
Housekeeping and other services can be arranged for an extra fee of $8.50 to $12.00 or the current peso equivalence.
We are not part of the condotel or hotel operations in the building where our condos are located. Much like having your own vacation home, you won't have to check-in at the front desk. Our caretaker will be at the condo to turn over the condo and keys to you, upon receipt of full rental payment. Prepaid rent has a choice to pick up the condo keys at the security desk.
The first of our Trinity House project. 5% of proceeds from this condo rental will be donated on renter's behalf to the poor parish of Sagrada Familia.

Security personnel man the lobby desk and entrance, 24 hours a day. Pay parking is available in the basement. Wash and fold laundry service by the entrance charge $1./kilo or the size of 5 large towels, may offer delivery and pick up. Coffee shop by the entrance and numerous restaurants nearby makes it convenient to meet your guests.

Perfect for the singles maybe for couples, too! But definitely for the city folk and not for rural types. Very urbane, quaint and sophisticated property—location location location….If you like to shop and be located where people know the address! Prince Plaza ll is for you! I would definitely stay here all the time! Every single item in the room is described well except that it is not claustrophobic because of its, floor to ceiling windows! Open and spacious. Maybe can fir families of 4 since there is a divider! For the sophisticated and the very posh! Joan
