Great Location! This Studio Suite is located in Prince Plaza 2 across the corner of the newly built Greenbelt 5 Mall, behind the new home of Ayala Museum, all connected to the rest of Greenbelt Malls, Restaurants and Theaters with a bridgewalk to Landmark Dept. Store that connects to Glorietta Malls, Theaters and Restaurants.
1 block to 5 star hotels like Shangrila Hotel, The Renaissance New World and Manila Peninsula. 1 block to Financial District on Ayala Avenue, 1 block to Makati Avenue.
This Studio Suite has a queen size bed and a full size futon. Secured swimming pool in the penthouse level is for our condo guests' and condo owners use only so hotel patrons are not allowed in the pool area.
All our Executive Condos, like this one, are privately owned vacation homes. Like most vacation homes, they are self-service apartments that come fully furnished with well equipped kitchens, extra beddings, towels, cookware, dinnerware, initial toiletry and cleaning supply so there are no room service, no daily housekeeping nor daily change of sheets and towels.
Housekeeping, laundry service and airport transport can be arranged for an extra cost.
We are not part of the condotel or hotel operations in the building where our condos are located. No need to check-in at the front desk. Our caretaker will be at the condo to turn over the condo and keys, if or when full rental payment has been received. Prepaid booking has a choice of picking up the condo keys at the security desk.
This condo is one of our Trinity Homes, which is our project to help poor parishes of Sagrada Familia so 5% of proceeds from this condo rental will be donated on renter's behalf to this project.

This well secured building has a security personnel manning the lobby desk, another one serves as a door man and another one stands at the curbside, 24 hours a day while another one checks each floor every few hours, throughout the day. Pay parking is available in the basement. Wash and fold laundry service by the entrance charge $1./kilo or the size of 5 large towels, may offer delivery and pick up.
The Malls across this condo offer a variety of other facilities aside from high end shops, department stores, numerous great restaurants, fast food choices, salons, barbershops and groceries.
