What a great condo! We just back from a perfect week in PV. If you are considering a PV condo I would recommend this one without hesitation and encourage you to read the other letters below as they do a great job of describing how this condo is set up to enable you to have a wonderful experience. While we were there it was 90+ degrees every day but with the condo on the top floor there was a nice gentle breeze both during the day and at night. What nobody mentions below is the birds. Large albatross and soaring other birds come floating in every afternoon to rise on the thermals created by the condos and the ocean. I know of no other place where you are going to come within 100 feet of a soaring bird on such a regular basis. The development was not at all crowded and we often had the pool to ourselves and had plenty of opprotunities to get a daily tennis game in. Simply put, for all the reasons listed below I doubt you will find a nicer well furnished place in PV with a view and amenities similar to this.

The penthouse really is spectacular, and though it was over 90 degrees during the day, with all the windows open there was a wonderful breeze, it didn't feel that hot. We didn't use the air conditioners at all. The view is exactly as the pictures show, but you really must see it in person. It's only a 20 to 25 minute walk to or from the Marina, and we needed the exercise after eating out in the evening. (There is a full kitchen but we tend to not cook on vacation!) I also loved having a washer/dryer. Both buses and taxis are readily available. There is a great looking workout room (we looked but never got in there!). Because it is residential and not a resort, the pool was extremely quiet (no bingo, no pool volleyball, no tequila games) so if you want to party hard, this place isn't for you, but we loved it. Right next to the airport, but most of the planes leave in the afternoon so noise is not a problem. The owners shared a lot of information before we arrived that we found extremely helpful. This was one of the best trips we have had to PV. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place.

Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children.

WOW! Best view in Puerto Vallarta anyone could ask for. The Penthouse was incredible...actually fabulous. The ocean breeze blows through all day with the doors open and what is better then falling asleep to the sound of the ocean?! The condo was very large and spacious with a fabulous deck/patio to eat your breakfast/lunch from or just to relax recline back and watch the ocean and the activities in the bay. We love Puerto Vallarta and we now have a place we will come back to stay at..that exceeds all possible expectations. BVG is a very secure property with guards on duty all places and all times. The tennis courts are wonderful if you enjoy playing..just make sure you wear white bottom tennis shoes to play on the courts. The pool area is incredible and the ocean speaks for itself. This place is FABULOUS!

The penthouse unit was great. I can think of absolutely nothing negative about the condo....nice size of all the rooms, each bedroom with its own private/large bath. The living room is great for a family to congregate and play games as you look out the glass toward the city at nights, all rooms were very well decorated and furnished.....The kitchen had everything needed, including a laundry room. Anyone should be pleased to rent this condo. As the pictures show, the entire property is beautiful, the pool was very large and there is an awesome view of the bay and looking toward the city. Actually, we were there during the rainy season and it was not so bad. The days were very hot and sunny. The rain only occurred in the evenings. A great plus was the lack of crowds, as there was no waiting in restaurants. Fernando, the property manager was very nice, helpful, and responsive. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to visit. The food, people, and culture were all exciting. Someday, we definitely plan to return to PV.

Your property was amazing. We have never been to a resort area with such a large pool AND beautifull beach right next to it. The view was amazing and the weather was fantastic the whole time. We enjoyed your property so much we bought into the Bay View Grand ourselves...

Just a note to say thank you to the owners and let them know how much we enjoyed the Penthouse at the Bay View Grand. It was totally AWESOME!!!!!!!! The Penthouse Manager met us at the airport and arranged for us to be taken to the Bay View Grand where he met us. The Manager took great care of us while we were there, he made sure everything was taken care of for us and that the Penthouse was in excellent condition. It was so beautiful we just stood in awe when we walked in! Even though it rained everyday, we still had a fantastic time. It would stop raining long enough for us to do our tours, shop, go swimming, get massages and go out to dinner. By the way, the massage was the best I have ever had (and I have massages often). Friday night PV flooded as a result of the storm but we were not affected by it. It rained sheets of rain as the ocean roared and we lay out on the balcony sipping margaritas (what a way to live)! My favorite moment? Waking up in luxury and feeling the morning breeze as I lay in bed looking out at and listening to the ocean! I am still trying to recapture that moment! All of the information the owners shared with us was absolutely great and really helped us to have a GREAT vacation! We thank the owners for sharing their Penthouse (and Manager) with us. We were truly BLESSED and PAMPERED!!!

Had a great week in PV in a fantastic Condo. Our two year old (Bella) had a wonderful time, we couldn't get her out of the pool and she loved the bumpy bus rides in to town. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the lack of mosquito's! The penthouse must be one of the best Condo's in the building as you don't get the midday sun and get a lovely view of the town lit up in the evenings - free fireworks to boot! Thanks to the Roberts family for a great weeks vacation.

The condo was wonderful, the pools spectacular and the location was just right. It was close enough to the marina district to be near shops and restaurants, but far enough away to be restful. It was a great experience.

Great Condo! Huge suite with breaktaking views from the deck. Beautiful, well maintained grounds. Great infiniti pools right on the beach with ocean views. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Steve's Condo. I would argue that accomodations do not get much better in Puerto Vallarta; we had a chance to look through all the big box resorts along the marina, and none came close to the bay view grand! They were all cramped and very crowded; the bay view grand is the the complete opposite - very open, not at all crowded, quiet, the place gives off a very relaxing feeling. The best place in PV!

We stayed in the Bay View Grand Penthouse for two weeks in November. It was more beautiful than we possibly could have imagined. The condo is located in an ideal location. The ocean view was spectacular! The condo was immaculate when we arrived. The vaulted ceilings created a spacious atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we were able to cook a lot of our meals at home if we didn’t feel like going out. The balcony stretches the entire length of the condo. We lived out there. Enjoying the comfortable chairs, the view and the nice breeze from the ocean. We liked that the condo was a little ways from town. Everyday was quiet and relaxing. The grounds of the resort were incredibly well kept. The surroundings were beautiful. Palm trees, green grass, nice walkways added to the ambiance of the entire resort. We felt very safe. The employees were very helpful in answering questions and helping us to find taxis into town. Overall it was the perfect place to vacation and we highly recommend it!
