Sleep 4 comfortably in this large 1,000 sq. ft. condo, perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples on vacation.

From the moment you walk in our condo, you'll be surrounded by the comforts of home. Not only is this a vacation rental, but also our family vacation home. After a day of skiing, store your damp ski equipment in our laundry room (full size washer/dryer), grab some hot chocolate and enjoy the warm glow of the fireplace in our comfortable living room. Cable TV is available in both the living room and bedroom, so sit back, relax, and enjoy mountain living!

As you know, location is EVERYTHING when you are on vacation! It's only a 10 min. walk or 2 min. bus ride to the heart of Main Street. There you can find a cool microbrew, enjoy a cup of coffee, or have a martini on Main Street! Experience the restaurants and shopping Main Street has to offer! Close to Sundance Film Festival venues and multiple ski resorts, this is a pristine location, at a comfortable price! Why the Owner Chose Empire House

We have family that lives in the Park City area so we've been skiing Deer Valley and Park City Mtn Resort for over 30 years. Location was important to us when we were choosing which area of PC we wanted to call our own. The condo is within walking distance to the slopes and just a 10 minute walk to Main Street. We think it's the best location in PC!

The main benefit to our condo is our location - you can walk to the grocery store, grab a Starbucks, or hike the lush green slopes of Park City Mtn Resort all without even moving your car. Park City has been rated one of the top 10 best spots to vacation without a car, and I can see why. Park City's free transit system is one of the best in the country and is available for visitors and locals alike. I enjoy not having to drive everywhere, it makes me feel like I'm REALLY on vacation!

We visit Park City several times per year because of the endless outdoor activities. We are an active family that enjoys skiing, hiking, and we love to travel! It was always a dream of ours to have our own place in Park City, and a condo in Old Town seemed to be the perfect fit.

    • Fall is the perfect time to enjoy this wonderful property. The hills were alive in color and the weather was as good as it gets. The accommodations were perfect for 2 couples. Very comfortable and close to everything. The owners thought of everything! We can't wait to come back next year. Thanks for sharing your fantastic vacation property...it felt like home.

    • We stayed here for the month of August 2008 and enjoyed our vacation in this nicely furnished condo. It is so convenient to either walk or take the free bus -a block away- that we rarely drove anywhere. We would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.
