The owners are thoughtful & concerned that their guests are well cared for. Used VRBO, along with other sites, before and Bruce & Joyce are outstanding in their commitment to consider everything that would make their condo enjoyable to their guests. The condo is airy, fresh; extremely clean & neat. Bathrooms are bright & in great condition. Balconies are perfectly proportioned & we enjoyed each. The living room & bedroom are comfortable & welcoming. Look forward to being guests of theirs again.

Decided to rent this condo after much research. We were not disappointed. Owner provided a detailed information pack and on-site representative was very helpful. Spacious layout and fabulous mountain and sea views. Condo was so well-equipped with kitchen items, linens, beach towels/bags/cooler, which made for a very comfortable stay. 24 hr security, gym and pool. Located in a quiet area; easy drive to several nice beaches. Food stores and restaurants are close. Looking forward to a future visit.

My husband and I stayed in the Condo in December 2011. We loved it. I wanted to feel as though we lived on the island and this beautful space accomplished that feeling for us. We were very comfortable and felt very safe. The nearby beaches were easy to get to and fantastic for a day in the sun. Thanks for a memorable stay. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in AquaMarina X51. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The condo is in a secure location and has 24 hour security. The balconies provide great views of the lagoon, ocean and the trade winds provide cooling even on hot summer days. The condo is very nicely furnished and is clearly well-maintained. The unit's owner is very responsive to any needs or questions as they arise. The condo was an excellent home base for our stay on Sint Maarten. This condo is delightful. The immediate and lasting impression is that it is clean, well maintained, and tastefully furnished. The owner is very quick to respond to any question or concern. There is also a local contact person who is willing to go out of his way to make sure that your stay is perfect. The condo is located in an ideal setting. It is only a half mile from the Maho complex and the airport. It is just far enough away to feel secluded but still close enough to have access to entertainment and shopping facilities. The fact that there is 24 hour security makes one feel very safe and secure. The pool is beautiful, and its crystal clean water is very refreshing. Barb and I were very happy that we came upon this great property and its equally great owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to St Martin (Feb 5-18, 2011) and more so because of our lovely accommodation at Aqua-Marina X51. The one bedroom apartment provided a clean, secure and beautiful home base from which we explored the island each day and to which we retreated for quiet rest and relaxation. The living and bed room decks with wide slider doors invited the sun, moon and balmy trade winds right into the unit which was a wonderful balm to the mid-winter, cabin fever we carried from snow-bound Boston. The soothing views from the unit are of the lagoon, sea, mountains and distant commerce. We appreciated the great kitchen, wi-fi, large screen tv, high quality linens and beach towels. The condo aesthetic is understated and natural which we loved. The building and grounds, including the pool and gym, are well appointed and maintained and we used them often. The marina itself is fun and the water taxi skipper, Alfonso, was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us away from the hustle, bustle of the towns, resorts and beaches but close enough to be there in a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Finally, Bruce was very responsive and most friendly and accommodating in every respect. We are already thinking about our next visit to St Martin and to X51. Thank you Bruce! Our second time at X51 felt like home. This year's upgrade to the Nespresso machine and included WiFi were great touches. Having spent five months a year on the island for five years it is also really nice the see the promise of the Cupecoy area begin to come through with a new gourmet grocery and restaurants at the Cupecoy Marina. A real find for a home away from home.

It was great to also have a separation of the bedroom and the living space at night with a door to close so that you can sleep quietly. Having two balconies was great because you have two completely different views. You might not be directly on the beach but it’s only a 3 minute ride to the beach, grocery store (Food Express) and town of Maho. We had a great stay. Thank you Bruce!

I just wanted to write to say "thank you" for our lovely stay at your unit X51 at AquaMarina. My husband and I enjoyed every minute. The unit was comfortable and inviting, with a great location and spectacular views. As this was my first stay in St. Maarten, safety and "peace of mind" were very important to me. Your unit and the whole property at AquaMarina offered that and more. It was an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Phillipsburg but was close enough to the shops and nightlife of Maho to make a perfect stay. I will highly recommend your property to friends and family looking for a great vacation spot in St. Maarten. And I am sure that we will be back soon ourselves! Thank you again.
