The 93 Twin Coves is a lake front property of Smith Mountain Lake. This is not an exclusive rental property. We use property frequently and consider this our second home. You will be able to tell that the property is well maintained.
The property has easy access to the lake from the backyard. The dock area has a covered dock with boat sling and a floating dock-the area can hold 2 boats. The location is close to Bridgewater Plaza with many activities, restaurants, shops and the Welcome Center - an easy 5 minute boat ride away!
The house has been recently remodeled and is secluded with all the comforts of home. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, full kitchen, living room, family room, and lovely back yard decks for an exceptional get a way for the entire family. Smith Mountain Lake is a vacation spot known for its amenities around the water such as boat rentals, swimming, beaches, parks, fishing, hiking, or just plain relaxing.
The house was remodeled in 2007 with hardwood floors on the main living area and kitchen. Kitchen seats 8 people at large dining table and 4 at smaller dining table in the same room. New carpet was installed in 2007 in the bedrooms, family room and basement. The main living area is simply decorated. The house is professionally cleaned after every stay. The house is stocked with kitchen utensils and bedding, bed linens, clothes washer and dryer, grill, etc.
The secluded cove and dock is great for swimming and fishing as the cove is no wake and no speeding boats rushing by!
Long driveway can easily accommodate parking for 4 vehicles. The house is set on a cul de sac in the quiet neighborhood of Twin Coves.
Light cleaning by tenants before checkout is highly recommended to receive all of you deposit refund.

The property is very close to BridgeWater Plaza, boat rentals, restaurants. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. The back yard is close to the lake with almost no slope. Very easy access to the dock for people of all ages.
