Lake Chapala is known to be the 2nd best climate in the world. It is a 500 year old village located on the oldest, largest, natural lake in Mexico. Even though we are in Mexico, all the amenities available in the U.S. are available here. We even have a Walmart.
Our home is located in the "Rancho del Oro subdivision" one of the more highly desirable areas, we are in a private gated complex of 4 town homes..with our own individual yards and privacy. We are located on the mountain side...but only a 2min walk to the main road.
We are a 15min walk to the center of Ajijic and a 3min. car ride..there is a grocery store,7 restaurants, many local shops and bus stop..5min. from our front door.
We are far enough away from the noise..but are still able to be in the middle of it all. Enjoy a quite, private Jacuzzi with gorgeous Lake & Mt. Views.
