Rooster Creek is set on the peaceful side of the Smokies! Where rocking on the screened back porch, or soaking in the spa tub are great favorites of past guests. Our guests come back again and again to relax and to view the mountains that surround the meadow, bike the local paths, visit the park for picnics and wildlife viewing, or ride horses through the forest.
The cabin is located 15 miles from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which offer great nightlife, shopping, and restaurants. You will find a tremendous variety of activities, enough to please everyone.
Activities change with the season ... view the wildflowers in the spring, tube the river in the summer, watch the leaves change in the fall, and enjoy the fireplace in the winter.
Mild weather all year round encourages outdoor activities, but if you want to stay home, nothing beats the back porch, the comfy beds, and the spa tub at Rooster Creek cabin.

I have stayed at this cabin before and it never disapoints! It is homey and comfortable and close to many fun activities. We have enjoyed it for a family vacation and a romantic weekend. I am planning a reunion of high school girlfriends for the fall. The home is clean and well maintained, the setting is lovely, it is close to all the fun activities. I highly recommend this property!

My hubby and I along with our kids and pup celebrated our 11th Wedding Anniversary at this beautiful property! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and loved all the birds and wildlife! The kids loved playing dominoes and board games....good old fashioned fun! The spa tub was a great luxury to relax in after a day of hiking in the Smoky Mountains! Rooster Creek was a wonderful home away from home! We hope to celebrate many more Anniversaries at this cozy cabin!

My family and I stayed at Rooster Creek in 10/08. We had a great time! We brought our dogs and had plenty of room for them and the four of us. The cabin is spacious and has all the modern conveniences of home. We were close enough to all of the activities of the Smokies but far enough out to be secluded in the country! We have wanted to go back ever since and are trying to book a stay for Christmas 2010. We would recommend this cabin for anyone with kids and pets or couples looking for a private get-away. You can' beat Rooster Creek!
