3 Verde Way is a single story, two-car garage villa that has two bedrooms and two full baths. All rooms have been freshly painted and have new, neutral-colored carpeting throughout and marble flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen.
The master bedroom has access to a large private patio which extends the full length of the home and includes a king-sized bed, full length room three-mirrored door closet, cable TV with VCR/DVD and a private bath with a large Roman tub and shower, double vanity sinks and a separate room with toilet.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, two-mirrored door wall closet and has access to a full bath, located across the hallway. Its view is into the colorful, flowering private patio.
The living room and dining area has a vaulted ceiling, a gas-burning fireplace with a large mantle-to-ceiling beveled mirror. Mountain and open space area views to the south can be seen from the windows and sliding glass doors which open to a south patio area from which one of the many pools and spas is visible and can be accessed. The east wall entertainment center holds pieces of art, a TV with VCR/DVD and a CD player. There are two comfortable chairs with lamps for reading and a couch that separates the living room from the dining area. The glass table in the dining area comfortably seats six people.
Although the kitchen is separate, its sink area countertop opens to the dining area and includes two counter high stools. The kitchen is equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender and electric coffeemaker, spices, placemats, dishtowels, cookware, utensils, silverware, stemware, dishes and has windows to the south, west and north.
One of the kitchen windows can be used as a pass-through to the private, enclosed west patio which is colorfully landscaped with bougainvilleas, palms, other flowering plants and citrus trees, providing a soothing sanctuary and a wonderful place for dining and relaxation. Included is a patio table with umbrella, four chairs and two chaise lounges, and a gas BBQ.
The adjoining 2-car garage houses a 50 gallon water heater, a washer and dryer with plenty of space for bicycles and other equipment.
