Large porch has dining table, couch/chairs for long afternoons of reading/socializing/viewing a seascape with 11 islands in view.
Community house, 5 minutes walk away, has four tennis courts (during summer), shuffleboard, ping pong, bumper pool--a great place for kids or adults to gather. Local area boasts shops, horseback riding, many and varied hiking trails, kayaking, sailing--just about everything Maine has to offer. An unbeatable location for a family vacation or quiet adult time.

It is a fabulous place for people of all generations. Kids have an amazing small community experience--plenty of companionship with kids from all over the country and complete freedom to roam and explore in a safe community. Adults have everything from peace and quiet in a beautiful setting to water activities--sailing kayaking,swimming (if you like cold water). And for all ages--all the lobsters you can eat.
