The condo was beautiful and well laid out, the pictures were right on. We came Thanksgiving Day and stayed a week, everything went great with no problems at all.you can walk to everthing in downtown easily. The elevator to street level was good because the walk down the hill is not bad but the walk back up is steep. It could use a few more channels on tv for when the wheather doesn't cooperate but no big deal.

My husband and I, along with his Aunt and Uncle from WV, stayed at this condo in late September 2011. We have been visiting Gatlinburg for over 20 years, and have stayed on the strip, off the strip, in the mountains in a chalet, and I must say this is the best place we've stayed. It's so conveniently located to everything, and you just park your car and walk to everything. The Condo was beautiful and the view was amazing from the two balconies. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend, and hope to stay there again in the near future. Thanks Lisa for sharing your vacation home with us!

We spent a week in Lisa's condo in September and it is exactly as advertised,,,,,the location is excellent and so nice not having to drive anywhere as you can walk the entire downtown of Gatlinburg. The unit was very clean, very comfortable and very nicely decorated. Lisa was great to deal with and we received our security deposit back before even expecting it. Thanks Lisa for a wonderful week...if we ever return to Gatlinburg, your place would be our first choice to stay!! Debbie Missoula MT

My brother and his 2 sons used the condo Aug 24 - 26th for our annual family get together in Gatlinburg. This condo is conveniently located within a 5 walk to downtown Gatlinburg - but not too close to get experience the noise. We spent 3 days hiking and biking in the park - the only bear we saw was the one routing through the garbage down the hill from the condo. This condo is a great value (4 beds, 2 baths) and Lisa is very responsive to any inquiries. I will definitely put this at the top of my list for next year's stay in Gatlinburg. Note - Many folks (in Lisa's guest log) have suggested Lisa needs to add more cable channels. My recommendation - forget the extra cable and enjoy the park (or Gatlinburg).

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was well equipped and had plenty of room for our family of five. Usually when we come to Gatlinburg we get a cabin but I am so glad we found this condo especially for the busy fourth of July weekend. Everything is within walking distance so we were able to avoid spending time in traffic and able to spend more time enjoying the shops and attractions. The view of the fireworks from the balcony was perfect. The kids loved the pool! I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Thanks Lisa!

I know, there are a lot of "perfects" in the review title, but they are much deserved. Perfect #1...The condo was exactly as it was described in the listing. It was very easy to find with the directions provided by Lisa. Perfect #2...It was clean and tidy and had adequate towels, blankets, pillows, dish/dishwasher/laundry soap and the necessary paper products. Perfect #3..The balconies were delightful..one off the living room and one off of the master bedroom. Even with the location right off the Gatlinburg strip..very quiet and peaceful. (Garbage pick-up can be a little noisy in the morning...however, this is not unusual in town.) Perfect #4...Location...Very close to the Great Smoky Mountain Park entrance; easy to access especially when using the bypass from Pigeon Forge (right turn into drive); driveway is steep but elevators make it very convenient to get to and from street level; location puts you right in the middle of the "strip" action with many shops, attractions and restaurants right outside the door! We have been visiting the area for the past 10+ years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed!! We had an absolutely wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a better location. Enjoyed relaxing on the balconies (did I say there were two!) and watching the trams gliding to and from Obergatlinburg. Cherokee Grill and Smoky Mtn Brewery can be seen from the balcony and are a short walk across the driveway...and walk half block the other way to find Best Italian. Lisa was very helpful, the details of the rental were communicated clearly and thoroughly and she was awesome to work with! We are looking forward to next spring and our stay at Treetop View. This was our second visit to Gatlinburg. On our first visit we stayed in a cabin which was nice but the condo was so much more convenient. Everything we needed was right there in the condo from pots and pans to washer and dryer including laundry detergent! Having little kids the washer and dryer was great! We walked on the strip and only got in the car once to go into Pigeon Forge. The pool and hot tub was not open and that was the only grip from our children:( But our experience was awesome and we plan to return next year in April once pool has opened. Thanks, Lisa!

We rented this condo for 6 nights and LOVED it. The location is great. Never had to pay to park. Everything on the Gatlinburg strip is in walking distance. The condo had everything we needed. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. We had no problems at all. We had 2 teenagers with us and they were able to walk around on there own. Its was really nice not to have to drive them around all the time. All the resturants are right there. We will stay here again.

Peaceful Days

Have stayed in this complex before, but not this unit. Condo was roomy, quiet, peaceful & comfortable. Decent wi-fi. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Close to Best Italian Restaurant (you should really try their calzones & garlic rolls) - one of our favorites in Gatlinburg. Very convenient to walk to anything in the southern half of downtown. Nice view from balconies. Great jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. King bed was very comfortable (didn't sleep on the other beds). Really good value going through VRBO as opposed to complex website. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay downtown.

Great Condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and the location is wonderful. The best restaurants in town are within easy walking distance, and the view of town and the Ober Gatlinburg tram is excellent. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well-equipped. The only negatives at all are the lack of TV channels, and the sofa is not very comfortable. This is probably because it is a sofabed, so that is understandable. The price is great, too. Can't wait till next time.

Gatlinburg Condo

My family and I have enjoyed staying in your condo several times and recently a friend and I stayed there for a week. We love how convenient we are to downtown Gatlinburg. We walked everywhere downtown. From the balcony you have a view of the mountains and clouds and can see "The Smokey Mountain Brewery" and several small shops and recommended restaurants. You can see the sky lifts coming and going and we loved being in the middle of everything, yet we loved the quietness and privacy of the condo. One evening we could hear music coming from a band downtown. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need and Lisa is very attentive at making sure everything is just right. Thank you for all the beautiful times we've had in the smokey mountains while staying at this lovely condo. We'll be back. :)

Condo was absoultely wonderful. Everything about the condo was as pictured on the website and was beautiful. The furnishings and finishes in the condo were top notch. We traveled with my mother who stayed in the master and felt as if she had her own space with the master bath and separate balcony. The furnishings were very nice as were the beds and bed linens. We did not do any cooking but everything is there if you choose to cook. We always stay at condos when vacationing in Florida but have never booked condos in Gatlinburg. Needless to say this condo will be our home away from home on our next trip to Gatlinburg. Wonderful!!!

If you need a place to stay in Gatlinburg and want to be "close to it all" you can not go wrong with this condo! It has everythig you need for a great stay in the Smoky's! Very clean, very nicely decorateed and the owner maintains contact quickly and professionally. The condo complex is clean, has a great pool (my 3 year old loved it) with a hot tub and the balconies were fantastic for enjoying some outdoor time. And with the location, you truly are right in the middle of everything and easily accesible. The pizza next door at the Smoky Mountain Brewery is the best in town. You won't go wrong renting this condo!

Our kids didn't want to leave - the condo had everything we needed. The ONLY exception was a lack of TV channel choices, but we honestly didn't really "need" that while on vacation anyway. Lisa was fantastic throughout our stay, checking on us to make sure everything was in order. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very nice, everything was as Lisa said and she was very prompt and helpful as we made our plans. There were four adults,my wife, my mother, our dauther and myself. We had plently of room and all enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed our time spent on the balconies just sitting, relaxing and enjoying the view. My mom is an early riser and we found her on the balcony every morning reading and enjoying the view. It was very handy for walking uptown Gatlinburg and not having to get in the car or trying to find a spot to park when eating out or shopping. Very nice swimming pool and hot tub which we made use of daily. On the top of our list for places to stay in Gatlinburg!

We absolutely love the location of this condo. This is our second time staying here. It is so nice to have an easy walk to the strip. The rental process was very smooth and deposit returned expeditiously. The condo was very clean and stocked with items not always found in other condos - dishwasher, laundry soaps, etc. We had a great time hiking and even saw a couple of bears. No problems getting around in condo or getting close to toilet with our travel wheel chair (regular wheel chair would not have been so easy). Quiet, nice views, yet take 2 elevators and walk a few yards, and you are on the strip a block from the national park. We went shopping, went on a trail and went to dinner one day, and never used the car! Owners are also great to deal with.

Wonderful condo-spacious, neat, clean with a beautiful balcony view and pool. Location is also great-in downtown Gatlinburg within walking distance of everything. My family and I loved it and would stay here again!!! We had a great time visiting the aquarium, mirror maze, space needle, arcade, etc. Flapjacks was an ok restaurant for breakfast, but I enjoyed The Little House of Pancakes more. Lisa was great and she provided wonderful customer service-very responsive. I highly recommend this property-you will not be disappointed.

Excellent Condo

My husband, I and our two teenage sons spent the Christmas week (Dec. 19-26, 2009) in this condo. All four of us left Gatlinburg very satisfied (and those who travel with teenagers know what I mean…). Pros: 1) Extremely nice and promptly responding hostess. Thank you, Lisa! 2) Reasonable price. 3) Perfect location – on top of a hill next to the main street, providing all the privacy needed for a vacation while being within walking distance from the main attractions. For example, the Ripley’s are only within five to ten minutes walk and save you the trouble to find a parking spot which could be a challenge during holidays. 4) Two large, separate, enclosed balconies with a fabulous view. From the balcony, one can hear the soothing murmur of a nearby creek. 5) A separate TV set in each room with cable access and about 20 channels to choose from. 6) Wireless Internet access. 7) Some owners would advertise their condo as sleeping four people comfortably but when you arrive it turns out your teenage kids have to sleep in one bed… Not in this condo! It has two separate beds in the second bedroom. Cons: No cons! Absolutely great condo! Highly recommend! While in Gatlinburg, we recommend to visit: Cirque de Chine, Dixie Stampede, Ripley's Aquarium, Oak Ridge National Laboratory (one our drive, but if you travel with teenagers “go carts” type of experience might not be appealing any more).

This condo was great. A lot of very's for me. Very spacious, very clean, very convienient to everything-just take the elevator behind the pool and you are on the strip, Very comfortable and very good customer service. Also, a very reasonable price. Honestly, everything you need is within walking distance. We will be spreading the word about this one.

Excellent stay in this unit. We were very pleased. Convienent walk to downtown. The trolley is right at the bottom of the hill. The unit is spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the unit offers plenty of space for a family. Owner communication is excellent and promptly replied to, if you need to contact them while you are staying in the unit. There is plenty of hot water when everyone is showering. Washer and dryer means you can go home with all clean clothes.

We stayed in the condo to celebrate our anniversary and also our son's friend got married. Condo was wonderful....great location. Only thing missing was a tv in second bedroom. We will plan to stay here again. My husband said needed a few more cooking pots...lol (he likes to cook breakfast). Owner was great and very accommodating.
