Nearby attractions include Copper Square.From sun-up to sundown and well into the night, Copper Square provides a truly unique urban environment. Delight in the aromas and tastes of over 90 restaurants, bars, and markets. Expand your horizons with museums, live theater, and music events. The Phoenix Suns and the Phoenix Mercury both play professional basketball at the US Airways center along with Arena football's Arizona Rattlers. Cheer on the D-Backs at Chase Field, previously known as Bank One Ballpark, or 'BOB'. Chase Field is a fantastic stadium that makes even non-sports fans proud to call downtown their own.

But say it isn't so! Is downtown Phoenix all sports, sports, sports? Nay, there's more to the place than just games! The NEW Phoenix Convention Center is in the heart of the area. Herberger Theatre Center, Symphony Hall, and the Arizona Science Center are all within walking distance. Small art galleries are popping up everywhere.   • A great deal! I couldn't beat the rate anywhere in town. You can not beat the great location, near all sports facilities and delicious pizza. Clean, cool, and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Richard's condo has many more benefits than staying in a hotel. I would stay there again during another visit to Phoenix. I highly recommend making your reservation as quick as you can.

  • The place was wonderful and we enjoyed staying there. We only wish we had more time to use the pool & hot tub & try out the world famous pizza. I have a few small recommendations for Richard (like a vase for flowers, and fix the air conditioner so it's not so noisy), which I'm sure he'll have the next time. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

  • Richard's condo was absolutely wonderful for us for our business travels. The downtown location was perfect...the condo is just a few blocks from the Sports Arena, museums, Convention Center, Arizona State downtown campus, many nice restaurants, coffee shops, all the downtown hotels/meeting locations, etc. We walked to everything! The price was about half what we would have paid at a comparable downtown hotel, yet we got a full 1 BR condo with all the comforts of home. The king bed was amazingly comfortable, large walk-in closet, very nice bathroom, dining room, full kitchen and very comfortable living room with LCD TV with cable, CD, DVD, etc. Even a MAC computer and wireless internet. Time did not allow us to use the pool or hot-tub at the complex and we didn't use the washer & dryer, but it is nice to know they are there for longer stays. The complex is very well maintained and quiet...yet right in the middle of downtown. Richard was a pleasure to work with. We also saved on the parking costs as the condo has free parking for "residents". We just could not have been happier. Remodeled throughout, it is up-to-date, beautiful, comfortable, complete, yet it was easy to cook and to walk across the street or up the block to eat great food and get to our meetings in just a few minutes. We will stay here the next time we come to Phoenix. We highly recommend Richard's condo!

  • Our 2-week stay in Phoenix was a delight! It was particularly wonderful to stay at a location accessible to museums, restaurants, and coffee shops, downtown Arizona State University’s Campus and the YMCA. Our daily routine included exercise at the YMCA and sunbathing at the beautiful pool a few steps from Richard’s Condo. All this and a bright, modern condo in which to hang our hat made it memorable visit. And more important than all this, Richard was very responsive and helpful throughout.

  • We stayed in this wonderful condo for 6 nights! From the front gate to the pool area, the complex is lovely! The condo is large and comfy and the bed is to die for! Perfect sleep every night we were there. We did not rent a car during our entire visit because the Light Rail is wonderful and the bus transit can get you anywhere the rail can't. Condo is located within walking distance of nearly everything for conferences and sports events plus lots of fabulous places to dine! Richard was easy to reach at any time when we had questions about anything and we couldn't have asked for a better host. We will definitely go back!

  • Just returned from a 10 night stay at this condo and we could not have been more pleased. Location is fantastic.. 5 minutes from the rental car location and across the street from downtown. Very secure complex. King bed was extremely comfortable, washer and dryer was a life saver with a fully equipped kitchen. All the luxuries of home such as the internet and flat screen in the den. A very pleasant experience and Richard went out of his way to accomodate us.

  • My wife and I stayed 10 nights and could not have been more pleased. From the rental car location at the airport it took 4 minutes to arrive at the condo downtown. The king size bed was very comfortable, washer and dryer were a life saver, flat screen and computer became very useful. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots,flatware, plates and we cooked breakfast every morning. Location to downtown was across the street within walking ditance. Richard was fantastic to work with and would highly recommend staying at this condo. Thanks again Richard.

The condo is clean and bright, close to the convention center, which is what we needed. This was our first experience with VRBO and it will be our first option the next time we travel!
