Unit is on the Second Floor - Los Angeles/Marina del Rey, CA - California Apartment Rental Three bedroom apartment in a three unit, nearly new building only one block from the beach in Beautiful Marina del Rey. Walking distance to fine dining, shopping, boating, and World Famous Venice Beach. A short drive to Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, the World Famous Getty Museum, and Manhattan Beach. 30 minutes driving to downtown Los Angeles. The unit is fully furnished with everything from pots & pans to linens. It has a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the other two bedrooms as well as an exra twin bed in one of the bedrooms. A crib and high chair are available.

Summer, Holidays.....$2400/week
One time $150 Termination Cleaning Fee
50% Booking Deposit Required which is applied toward Rent.  The
Booking deposit is refundable upon cancellation only if we are able
to re-rent the week.  No daily rate or partial week rate.
All weeks are booked on a Friday to Friday basis
