This large and unique home is a great spot for families or couples to spend time together as well as maintain privacy for sleeping, reading or writing.
On the first floor is one bedroom, half bath, an extra room with single cot and a large front common room with glass sliding doors leading to the porch facing the ocean. The common room has a sofa and chairs, Tv/dvd/vcr, radio/dvd player, computer desk, and college size frig. The second floor has a laundry room, bedroom with queen size bed, full bath, full kitchen, and livingroom/diningroom combination which has glass sliding doors leading to the porch and looking out to the water. The livingroom furniture is new. Tv and vcr also in the livingroom. The third floor has one large bedroom with one full size bed and two twins, full bath, and a smaller bedroom with a full size bed with another set of sliding doors leading onto the balcony facing the ocean. All the rooms are nicely decorated with a warm balance of antiques and casual furnishings providing a pleasing and comfortable atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc. It has a microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and new jennair pro stove/oven.
The common areas of the livingroom/diningroom and downstairs front room work well for children, pets, and adults. The livingroom is carpeted and the downstairs room has a linoleum floor. During the evenings, set up a table for games downstairs or watch a movie while others are preparing a meal upstairs.
The porches are perfect for informal meals, cookouts, and morning coffee. Enjoy the privacy, take in the view.
