Beautiful modern villa dating from the 60’s (about 360 m²), projected by a renown architect, and published in a magazine for architecture and furniture. This property is situated on the hillside between the city of Lucca (5 km) and the famous beach of Versilia. It is a pleasure to see charm and modern style coupled in harmony. The owner has re-styled this property respecting both the design and the original colours, providing a luminous environment inserted in the peacefulness of the fully fenced garden and swimming pool. Possibilities of excursions to the famous towns of Lucca or for seaside lovers, the beach of Versilia or towards the Tuscan cities such as Pisa, Florence, the marble caves Carrara and the Cinque Terre, declared part of Unesco.
PARK: The property extends to about 2 hectares of land of which it is both hilly and flat with fruit trees, flowers and forests. In front of the property there is a large wooden table for eating outdoors. From the large terrace guests can admire splendid views of the hillside and the city of Lucca.
SWIMMING POOL: Situated about 50 m from the property in a peaceful area of the garden surrounded by vegetation. The pool measures 6 x 13 m with a minimal depth of 1 m and a maximum of 3 m. Open from the last saturday in April to the first saturday in October. The pool area is equipped with sun beds and sun loungers.
INTERIORS: The villa is divided onto two floors. From the entrance there is a spacious living room with central fireplace which separates the dining area from the living room area with piano, the fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom and telephone room. Three large stairs covered with carpet lead to the TV room, library and the night area. A large corridor furnished with wardrobes connect the entire floor. On this floor there are 2 double bedrooms one of which with terrace, 4 single rooms, 3 of which with terrace, one bathroom with bathtub and shower, two bathrooms with bath tubs, one bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The villa has suggestive light coloured furniture.
SERVICES INCLUDED: Water, gas for coking purposes, weekly linen, initial clearing, pool and park maintenance.
COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): Electricity (on consumption using up to date market prices.), final cleaning (€ 40,00 per person with a minimum of € 280,00).
SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra clearing (€ 15,00 per person per hour), extra linen change (€ 12,00 per person), internet ADSL (€ 25,00 per week), heating (on consumption, based on up to date market prices).

- Lucca is a place that you can just walk around and discover and enjoy and it's really close to Firenze and far from the crowds. It has many things to offer to the guests as you can visit the city both by foot or cycling into the walls. There are a lot of place to see in the beautiful town, first of all the ancient walls, the Amphitheatre square and not least the Torre Guinigi. In a few kms from Lucca you will also find beautiful villas like Villa Reale, Villa Mansi or Villa Torrigiani. The Lucca area offers also a lot of interesting naturalistic places like Garfagnana, Valle del Serchio or Piana di Lucca. For those who wish to swim in the sea, the coastal strip of Versilia, from Forte dei Marmi to Torre del Lago Puccini, offers more than 20 kilometres (12 miles) of beaches, parks and splendid countryside.
