This beautiful home is easily located in a quiet neighborhood, just two miles from the lake. It has the most inviting landscaped yard with fruit trees, palm trees, a lovely waterfall off the master bedroom and a spectacular view of the lake. There is a furnished covered patio with screening and fans for comfortable nights with a fire or relaxing in the hot tub.
The house was originally built in 2001 and was later equipped for a handicapped adult. The master bath has hand rails in both the shower and the toilet areas. The Hot tub also has hand rails and steps to get into it. The owner was an artist and there is unique art worked walls and rooms throughout the home.
There is a large RV/boat parking area just beyond our Garden of Eden out back with electric hookup. There is a finished "Game room" with a TV off the double oversized garage. Across Avalon Avenue and slightly to the left, there is a quiet walking park for people, pets or both. It is green grass and trees and a wonderful place to go.
I will be available to show it at any time. This is a maintenance free home...just pack your clothes and leave your snow shovel behind!
