Relax in this private family friendly home in a tranquil yet convenient setting. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the oversized heated Jacuzzi or private deck. Listen to the sounds of the coquis and roosters. The beach, 1/2 mile away, offers surfboard and kayak rentals, yoga classes, food, and miles of emptiness for strolling or sunning. Peacefulness and calm with all the conveniences of home.

Rent the entire house or each floor separately. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and panoramic views from the balcony and master bedroom. It has a large open living/dining room with a full kitchen and bath. The 1st floor has 1 bedroom, is beautifully tiled, has a well appointed living/dining room, large bedroom, full kitchen, and sliding doors to the deck/patio. The deck/patio has an oversized heated Jacuzzi, lounge chairs, a large table and gas BBQ. Enjoy your coffee and meals outside kissed by the trade winds. Both units have a/c, cable TV. stereos, WiFi, and good cell phone reception. A blow-up queen size bed, 2 roll away cots, and off street parking. A separate outbuilding contains a washer/dryer, shower and toilet.

Surf, fish, sail, dive, snorkel, swim, go horseback riding, or do nothing. This house is minutes from great places to dine and Rincon's nightlife. Spectacular sunsets are just steps away as is the property manager to answer any questions. Nearby airports are Aquadilla (30 minutes), Mayaguez (20 minutes) Ponce (1 hr) and San Juan(2 hrs). The city of Mayaguez and all it has to offer is close by.

  • 8/23/09 This private home is located on a mountain overlooking the beach in Rincon, PR. The views are breathtaking and the home is exceptionally peacefull & wonderfull. We enjoyed staying on the Northwestern side of the island on this vacation; so many things to explore! We visited so many beautiful beaches up, down and East of the coast line and we especially enjoyed & miss the roosters crowing, the Coqui singing, the geckos and lizards chilling in the back yard and all the fresh fruit you want to pick! Also the weather in August is HOT, just the way I like it! We highly recommend staying at this exceptional home. The location is awesome and the homeowners Bill & Sara are the nicest and most accomodating. We are looking forward to our next visit to PR, hopefully it will be sooner than later. Jose & Ramona

  • Where do I begin...The house was very easy to find using the directions that were given. The next door neighbors Cheo and Miriam were very helpful with anything that we needed. The house was very clean and in a beautiful location. It was a 2 minute drive to the beach and Tamboo Beside the Point Restaurant and Bar. Lazy Parrot was also nearby. It is just a drive away from the many beaches of Rincon. The house is nestled away in a quiet, peaceful area on a hill with beautiful views of the ocean. The location of the house is perfect because you are able to get a nice breeze on very hot days. The house is very private and spacious inside and out. We stayed with my parents and 2, 4 year old daughters and they enjoyed the oversized Jacuzzi while we BBQ on the patio. Everything you need is in the house(towels, blankets, dishes, etc). Would recommend this house to anyone and looking forward to staying again for a longer stay. Thank you Bill for your prompt response and your great accomodation.

  • A fabulous setting. Nice breezes keep you cool during the day. View is beautiful. Very nice,comfortable, and clean accomodations. Easy drive down hill to beach or you can walk. House is near good restaruant and bakery. We loved it!! We were 5 adults and a 3 mo. old.

  • killer location-close to town but yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. well kept-clean and spacious. beautiful view from the huge balcony. can walk to sandy beach. overall a great place to stay.
