We enjoyed our stay in this Condo.. The view over the Gulf was super. The Condo was nice and comfortable and we were treated very well by the staff .. Thank you!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We have found our new favorite place to stay in Destin. We have traveled to many beaches over the years, stayed in many different condos. This condo is 1st class. Everything was neat and clean. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and cozy. We will ONLY stay Here from now on when visiting Destin. The owner was friendly and gave us some ideas for places to eat while we were there. I would absolutely recommend anyone I know to stay here. LOVE IT!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

we recently returned from 5 days at this condo. The BEST thing about it was the view from the balcony.PERFECT!! The condo itself could certainly use updating. Everything there looked at least l0 years old. Burned out lights and broken towel bar were eventually repaired the day before we left. If you wish to fry some eggs or saute something, better bring your own pan. None is available! For the price we paid, I would rent directly from the resort itself and save money. Oh and the tiki bar, should you be interested, closes at 3 p.m.!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.
Owner response: The only thing this party had a complaint about I was aware of during their stay was a light bulb out and a loose towel bar and both were fixed within 24 hours after being brought to my attention. This condo has brand new kitchen cabinets and appliances ( 2010). completely re-painted including new baseboards throughout (2011). Furniture less than three years old and a HVAC system just installed a few months ago. I am very attentive to my properties and maintain them in the best condition possible. I frequent these condo's 4 to 6 times per year to ascertain their condition. I would not recommend renting to these people as they seem to have a very negative opinion as per their comment concerning the Tiki bar. . Try as you might - You can't please some people.!!!
