Heron Hill is a large, luxurious villa, situated on a unique, landscaped 5-acre coconut palm estate. The patio has a full 180 degree view of the Atlantic ocean, and is fully equipped with patio furniture and a gas-barbecue. The swimming pool is adjacent to the patio. There are 60 steps down to beach, which extends miles in each direction and there are coral reefs close to the shore , which are ideal for snorkeling, or spear fishing.
The 'Great Room' has four couches and the room may be cooled by the 6 ceiling fans.
There is a library of books, CD's, games DVD's. The large flat-screen television is embellished with a surround-sound system which also plays CD's, and DVD's. The adjacent 'computer room' also has a satellite television and a separate library. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, and the two refrigerators, and two microwaves make preparing a meal a pleasure. The other two wings of the house have full bathrooms, couches and in the case of the ground-floor wing, another fully equipped kitchen.
All of the rooms have views of the ocean.
This is one of the few villas on the island that is centrally air-conditioned.
