Office area with desk. Separate downstairs laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Workout room in the garage with TV. Downstairs bedroom has a Queen size bed and own private full bathroom with shower/tub.

Master bedroom has its own private deck with Jacuzzi and mountain/river views. King size bed, bathroom with separate shower and tub. Another bedroom with a Queen size bed and its own private bathroom. The two other bedrooms (One Twin and One Double) share a bathroom with double sinks, shower/tub and toilet.
