The perfect mix of seclusion and accessibility, this 5 bedroom/ 5 bathroom log home with spectacular views is 'Bearly Believable”! It is the perfect getaway for large families, couples, or church groups, located only 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg in beautiful Black Bear Falls Resort, with access to the heated community pool and clubhouse. Decorated with authentic log furniture, it is the perfect place to relax, including 2 huge decks with lots of rocking chairs and swings to gaze at the mountains.
An extensive DVD and VHS library make those movie nights enjoyable, with over 200 movies and two HDTVs. Every bedroom has a TV with cable/DVD. A state of the art Dell desktop computer is available with high-speed internet access, wireless high-speed is also available if you just can’t leave that laptop home.
The cabin includes a Playstation 2 with games, and a free play 20 game vintage arcade with all the games you remember from “back in the day”. There’s a large 5 person Hot Tub on the deck. Or just curl up with a book from the library in front of one of the 2 gas fireplaces!
There's a fully stocked kitchen and a gas grill on the deck if you decide you want to eat in; however, you are also within 15 minutes driving of hundreds of restaurants in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area! You can get to Dollywood Amusement Park within 15 minutes, or go hiking or whitewater rafting in the Smoky Mountains. In the area there are golf courses, miniature golfing, arcades, gocarts and all sorts of fun for kids of all ages, all within view of the beautiful mountains.

We’re a group of friends (4 couples) that come to Gatlinburg every year. For the past 3 years we’ve been staying in this great place. We’re all beginning to think of it as our personal vacation home. We really enjoyed our stay at Bearly Believable again! This stay was to celebrate my 70th birthday and Christmas with our family. You can't imagine our surprise when we opened the door and found the beautiful tree and decorations! The cabin lends itself to the spirit of Christmas! What a beautiful place this is! Thanks so much for having this place available for guests! This place is so beautiful we just love it. Our stay here was awesome. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We could live here forever. This was the first time we as a family ever did something like this together, 22 people in all. My wife and I, 4 children and 14 grandchildren. This weekend will never be forgotten. About the owner: We were living in the Northern Kentucky area (just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio) for over 25 years, and had been making at least one trip per year to visit Gatlinburg, Tn for most of that time. We always dreamed of building a log cabin, and in 2004 we took our children on vacation to a new cabin in Black Bear Falls Resort. We fell in love with Black Bear Falls, and decided to build Bearly Believable!
Why the Owner Chose Black Bear Falls:
Black Bear Falls is a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg, the National Park, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and many other attractions. The developers designed Black Bear Falls to maintain most of the 'woodsy' feel while maximizing the views of the Smoky Mountains, and the Homeowners Association protects and maintains the trees and the grounds. We enjoy the pool and can use the clubhouse if desired.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Bearly Believable is located in an area of Black Bear Falls where it is relatively secluded, and yet it has a beautiful view. We enjoy sitting on the swings watching the sunset over the mountains and seeing the Smokies after a summer rain.
