  I moved here in December and will be staying until June because of a temporary job assignment. This apt is super cute, decorated well, new bathroom, great appliances. The owner is great and will quickly address any problems there are. I will admit first driving up moving in the neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but have felt completely safe and love it. I'm in love with the coffee shop across the street and It's so convenient to everything. Night out on the town cab ride is at most $9 to get you anywhere. 1.5 miles to vandy, 1.5 miles downtown. No complaints!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  The condo was a pleasant, clean place to stay. All our needs were provided for. Having our parking space right outside our unit was another plus. If we return to Nashville for another visit, this will be our choice for a place to stay.

  Not a great location. Very shady neighborhood. Would never, ever go to this part of Nashville if I had been familiar with it. The unit has only one tiny TV (no TV in the bedroom). The bathroom is for miniature people. The building is dirty and in disrepair and the rehab of this unit is sketchy. To top everything off, the price that was quoted was $30 less than what was eventually charged. Find another unit, far away from this neighborhood.

  Owner response: Five 5 Star Reviews! And this one. I leave the validity of this review to the discretion of the savvy traveler. The condo is located in a well maintained, comfortable, safe neighborhood, close to everything with nearby shops and venues as advertised. The "tiny" tv is a 32" flat screen. Modest perhaps but adequate for most. The guest was charged exactly the amount of the accepted written quote. Any confusion about an over charge seems to stem from the fact that the check he sent was short of the quoted rental fee. The error was brought to his attention and I offered to make the adjustment from the damage deposit rather than having him go through the trouble of sending another check. Apparently, this is being mistakenly interpreted as an extra charge.

  My mom and I stayed here a few years ago for New Years Eve, and it was the perfect location, very clean and comfy. I would definitely consider staying again. I'm planning another visit this September and this is a first choice!

  We enjoyed staying at your condo. Your were very nice, Sorry to call so late at night since it was our fault we went into wrong building. It was very close to everythng that we had came to Nashville to do. Thanks.

  I spent the month of October staying in this vacation rental and enjoyed my stay very much. The condo is decorated in a simplistic yet comfortable style that left me feeling at home right away. Everything one would need for a long stay was available--dishes, towels, washer and dryer, comfortable bed, etc, etc. The building was quiet, safe, and is within walking distance of anything you could need (food, a gym, one of the best venues for live music--Douglas Corner Cafe). The owner was great as well. Communication was prompt and straightforward. All in all, staying here was a great experience I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend time in Nashville.

  We have been to Nashville many many times. This condo was perfect for us. Just minutes from just about anything including downtown. It was clean, neat, and current. The size was perfect and we felt very safe in the area. We walked one block down and went to Zanies Comedy Club and had a blast. The parking was easy and the pool was great. Owner was super nice to communicate with. Highly recommend.

  We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The owner was exceptionally nice, and her property manager was very helpful and friendly. The pool and landscaping are well-kept and pretty; the condo itself was clean and appealing. The location is particularly excellent -- easily accessible to/from the interstate and within minutes of pretty much anything you'd want to do in Nashville. It's in an emerging part of the city, with not too many things within super close walking distance (except for the fantastic antique shops along 8th Avenue), but you can get to Hillsboro Village, Vandy, or the Broadway clubs in less than five minutes drive. Highly recommend.
