Why the Owner Chose Nashville
Wanting a nice comfortable alternative to hotels when I make my frequent trips to Music City, I bought this condo in Nashville and started using VRBO to help keep it occupied when I'm not in town.
This is my home away from home! It's convenient to everything I need to get to in Nashville both for business and for pleasure.
I love the antique and retro furniture shops along 8th Avenue South. I also love having the pool for cooling off in the summertime.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It's close enough to everything while at the same time feels removed from the noise of downtown or the office/commercial feel of some parts of Music Row.

I'm a songwriter who splits my time between Nashville and New York City. Nashville is great! I started coming here regularly about 3 years ago as I got more immersed in country music. I'm still being pleasantly surprised by all the city has to offer. be sure to pick up a copy of Nashville Scene when you're in town.

Not a great location. Very shady neighborhood. Would never, ever go to this part of Nashville if I had been familiar with it. The unit has only one tiny TV (no TV in the bedroom). The bathroom is for miniature people. The building is dirty and in disrepair and the rehab of this unit is sketchy. To top everything off, the price that was quoted was $30 less than what was eventually charged. Find another unit, far away from this neighborhood.

The condo is located in a well maintained, comfortable, safe neighborhood, close to everything with nearby shops and venues as advertised. The "tiny" tv is a 32" flat screen. Modest perhaps but adequate for most. The guest was charged exactly the amount of the accepted written quote. Any confusion about an over charge seems to stem from the fact that the check he sent was short of the quoted rental fee. The error was brought to his attention and I offered to make the adjustment from the damage deposit rather than having him go through the trouble of sending another check. Apparently, this is being mistakenly interpreted as an extra charge.

My mom and I stayed here a few years ago for New Years Eve, and it was the perfect location, very clean and comfy. I would definitely consider staying again. I'm planning another visit this September and this is a first choice!

I spent the month of October staying in this vacation rental and enjoyed my stay very much. The condo is decorated in a simplistic yet comfortable style that left me feeling at home right away. Everything one would need for a long stay was available--dishes, towels, washer and dryer, comfortable bed, etc, etc. The building was quiet, safe, and is within walking distance of anything you could need (food, a gym, one of the best venues for live music--Douglas Corner Cafe). The owner was great as well. Communication was prompt and straightforward. All in all, staying here was a great experience I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend time in Nashville.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.

We have been to Nashville many many times. This condo was perfect for us. Just minutes from just about anything including downtown. It was clean, neat, and current. The size was perfect and we felt very safe in the area. We walked one block down and went to Zanies Comedy Club and had a blast. The parking was easy and the pool was great. Owner was super nice to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The owner was exceptionally nice, and her property manager was very helpful and friendly. The pool and landscaping are well-kept and pretty; the condo itself was clean and appealing. The location is particularly excellent -- easily accessible to/from the interstate and within minutes of pretty much anything you'd want to do in Nashville. It's in an emerging part of the city, with not too many things within super close walking distance (except for the fantastic antique shops along 8th Avenue), but you can get to Hillsboro Village, Vandy, or the Broadway clubs in less than five minutes drive. Highly recommend.
