This spacious condominium is light and bright hosting cozy and contemporary furnishings. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, a desk and book shelf area plus a large bath with a walk-in closet for your convenience. Two full size beds in the second bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living room offer great comfort and flexibility. Additionally enjoy our clean, fully equipped kitchen.
This wireless condo accommodates your internet needs and is located on the third floor of a five-floor building. The large balcony off the living room and master bedroom, offers a direct beach view seating six at the outdoor dining table. A quick walk down stairs or an elevator ride, takes you directly to the private pool area or beautiful sandy beach. Get the best of both worlds!
For your additional convenience, we can accommodate larger groups or extended family by securing some of our neighbor condominiums. Private covered parking is located on the ground level.
We have the ideal location on Clearwater Beach... far enough away from the hotel and retail area to be quiet, yet close enough to get to all the shops and restaurants with a short (three block) walk down the beach.
Clearwater Beach is part of the barrier islands on the Gulf side of Pinellas County. This is the prime beach area to come to if you are in the Tampa Bay area. Long known as a 'family destination' the fine white sands that are unique to Clearwater Beach make for a most pleasurable time on the beach! In addition, you are about 1 hour and 15 minutes to the major attractions of the Orlando Area, a simple day trip. Closer to home is Busch Gardens, roller coaster heaven as well as Lowry Park Zoo. Don't forget to take advantage of all the water sports and activities available from the Clearwater Beach Marina such as para-sailing, deep see fishing and renting jet skis.
