This completely renovated 1400+ s.f. cottage is located in the heart of wine country and within walking distance to downtown Carlton, two city parks and numerous wineries. Loaded with the character and charm of the past, but with the modern amenities you expect from sophisticated lodging. The old world charm will entice you to stay and relax and explore all that the Willamette Valley has to offer.
The first floor of this charming cottage serves as an interior design studio {which is not rented}, the upstairs serves as luxurious nightly accommodations.
The upstairs bedroom (the Loft) features a Queen bed, luxurious linens, built-in linen storage, 32' TV, dvd player, cable, free wi-fi, additional seating, attached bathroom with marble shower and double vanities. We also have a complimentary beverage station with fresh coffee {Keurig}, tea, bottled water and freshly baked pastries.
The cottage is extremely clean, inviting and cozy, you will not want to leave the beautiful little town of Carlton. The cottage is locked and 'all yours' from 8pm-8am. This unique set up provides perfect nightly accommodations for 1-2 people seeking privacy, but not the entire space of an entire house.
The back gardens are beautifully equipped with gas BBQ and outdoor seating. The lush gardens are overflowing with vegetables, flowers and herbs.

We had an ideal stay at Carlton Cottages. The cottage is charming, impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and in a great location for visiting Pinot country. The photos are honest, the owner is delightful, professional, and not intrusive. I would love to return with my best friend and her husband and spend a few days driving around this area of gently rolling hills, vineyards, and farms. The wineries in the area are very sophisticated with elegant architecture and beautiful vistas. The cottage is good for 2 people, and would be so fun for 2 couples!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed here for the International Pinot Noir Celebration. It was our first time as attendees and our first visit to Carlton. The accomodations were everything we expected and more. The cottage is so charming and beautifully decorated. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We even had cookies awaiting us on our arrival. I own 2 condos and have them rented under vrbo. Our experience with this owner was excellent. She was always available to answer any question and went above and beyond to assist us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Service and accomodations were comparable to Ritz Carlton standards!! Book here.... you will not be disppointed!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Just spent my 2nd trip here at this property and already planning my next visit. Cottage is gorgeous-very clean, inviting. The owners did a fabulous job with the remodeling and decorating of this cottage-it is so inviting that you want to stay there longer than you usually can! Our first trip was a couple's trip and this last trip was a girl's trip and it was perfect for both occasions. Highly recommend. The town of Carlton is quaint and enjoyable and it is close to nearby wineries.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

My parents, husband and I spent an absolutely delightful week at this property. Appointments were generous, very comfortable and a very pretty cottage. Town of Carlton is small, but easy walk to downtown and several delicious restaurants and fun wine tasting rooms. Beds were great. I would book again here in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
