This second floor, 1900 sq.ft. open concept condo is located in the beautiful gated community of Serrano, in Bonita Springs and is only 10 minutes from Barefoot and Bonita Springs Public beach. It has an eat in kitchen, granite counters, central air, cable TV, wireless internet, fax machine and printer. A large heated pool, access to the Imperial River and a large screened in Lanai are also part of the rental. It backs on to a nature preserve and has a relaxing fountain at the front. There are also his and hers bicycles for use on nearby paths throughout Bonita Springs.
The main living area is spacious and has large cathedral ceilings and is open to the dining and kitchen area. A desk is set up for the business/vacation traveler complete with wireless internet, fax machine and printer. Just bring your lap top and away you go!!
It is located off West Terry across the street from Bonita Fairways public executive golf course with convenient access to US41, Coconut Point Mall, Mirimar outlets, and Mercato Shops which provide upscale shopping and world class restaurants. This area also showcases gorgeous white sand beaches which provide some of the best shelling in Southwest Florida. There is also dog racing and 'Whole Foods' to explore, all are only minutes away.
Don't forget to watch the magnificent sunset while having dinner and a margarita at 'Doc's' on Bonita Beach.
For the nature lover there is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary near Bonita Springs where you will see many varieties of wading and migrating birds. It is located on two miles of raised boardwalk trails that meander through the largest virgin Bald Cypress forest in the nation.
