Bedrooms are on the third floor master bath has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a skylight and sun porch. Property has a two car plus garage on the first floor with access to a porch and pook area.
Townhome has been freshly painted with hardwood floor in the living room, large dinning table and kitchen with table & chairs. Dolphin Watch has a boat dock overlooking the Ciega bay. Approximately 1 1/2 miles from Fort de Soto, which was ranked the number 1 beach. Scuba diving near by. Enjoy Major League Baseball games as well as spring training in the area. 1.5 hrs from Disney World- Orlando.
