Our condominium is on the ninth floor in the middle of Bay View Grand. Bay View Grand is a luxury full-ownership condominium in the safest and most secure private neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta. The condominium regime strictly enforces privacy and exclusivity.

Our unit is 1650 square feet or 151 square meters. Located in "Marina Vallarta," we are just minutes from Puerto Vallarta Airport.

The property is on a 20-acre site surrounded by ocean, Marina Vallarta Championship 18-hole Golf Course, and one-fourth mile of white sandy beach free of pesky beach vendors. Also, one of Mexico's largest and unique infinity swimming pools with kiddie pools at each end.

You are just a short walk to "Marina Vallarta" for premier shopping and dining, and a ten-minute cab ride to downtown Puerto Vallarta with taxis always available - just 40-50 pesos or $4-$5.

  • We don't have much to add to the preceding comments - spent almost 2 full weeks in Feb '06, just about perfect, no complaints. Unit is great, signficantly better than (e.g.) Club Regina. Grounds & pool maintenance of very high standard. Warnings about it being addiction-forming should be heeded! We used Fernando's services & would certainly recommend.

  • Cindy and Dave: We just returned from our 8 days in Pto. Vallarta and your wonderful condo. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Everything from the putting green to the two-person walk-in showers to the luxury Palapa Bar and pool set Bay View Grand and Casa Zucchero apart from any other place we have ever stayed at. You should have one of those disclaimers on your website, telling people that this may be habit forming! We truly felt welcomed and appreciated by everyone we met. Thanks, again, for making our vacation the best ever.

  • We had a very nice time and staying in your condo contributed greatly to our enjoyment. I really didn’t want to leave to explore the sites because it is so perfect. The place was clean and is roomy and comfortable, especially the beds. What a view and the unit and the grounds are the best. It’s amazing how the sound of the ocean appears to be amplified into the unit. That was great. The constant breeze was also really nice. It seamed to come from the ocean side all day and the back side through the bedroom windows at night. We didn’t use the AC much at all. We had several friends staying around town and none of their facilities held a candle to your set up. We had 14 days of sun shine and blue skies, not a drop of rain. Riding the buses and taking cabs was an interesting experience. As the PV books said, they were sometimes terrifying, but fun. Fernando was available and help when we needed him

  • We stayed at Casa Zucchero over Thanksgiving week with our friend from San Francisco. Our experience, from the planning stages to the actual vacation, was seamless. Cindy and David are professional, prompt and easy to work with. Their condo is immaculate, located close to the airport and offers incredible ocean views! We enjoyed lounging by the well-maintained pool, listening to the ocean from our balcony and experiencing the nightlife of Puerto Vallarta (only a short cab ride away). We truly enjoyed our magical experience and have already recommended this condo to our friends and family. The people, food, atmosphere and energy of Puerto Vallarta is contagious. Thank you!

  • Just spent 10 beautiful days in Dave and Cindy's Casa Zucchero. Everything is provided to make you comfortable upon your arrival. Kitchen is complete, bathrooms are large, beds are very good and the washer and dryer were an extra bonus!! Location was wonderful, far enough from the hustle of downtown but close enough to get anywhere with just a short cab ride. You can walk to the marina (or hop a bus in front of the condo that will take you there) for plenty of shopping and dining adventures!! The view from their condo is spectacular with sunsets that will be remembered for many years!! The pool is the best we have ever seen!! The grounds are manicured every morning!! Their property manager can take care of any problem or service that you may need. We swam with the Dolphins, snorkeled at Las Mariettas and enjoyed the Rhythms of the Night cruise. We will definitely be back, thanks Dave and Cindy!!

  • We just returned from a week at the Bay View Grand and are already anxious to go back. What a beautiful place! The condo had everything we needed for our stay and we were able to walk to the marina or the market for our groceries. The view from Casa Zucchero is absolutely gorgeous. We were able to watch the whales out in the bay and watch the cruise ships come in and out as well. The furnishings and decor are fabulous and the layout of the unit is perfect. We sat out on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and watched the sunset at night. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you David and Cindy!
