This is an amazing location as you are steps from wonderful restaurants, Union Square, the Meatpacking District. The 1/2/3 and A/C/E trains are 1 block away. Linens and towels are provided. All utilities and agency fees are included.

Why the Owner Chose Chelsea
Location, location, location. This apartment is ideally located in chelsea, close to the west village, union square, the meat packing district and close to all the action. You can walk anywhere and the subway is a half a block away.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
The street is quiet for NYC but it is close to all the amenities. Market 20 feet away, dry cleaner next door, drugstore half a block away, subway to times square around the block, subway from the airport one block away. Eveyrthing is there but you also benefit from tranquility in the middle of all the action. Whole Foods supermarket (my favorite) is 2 avenue over (Union Square) or 9 blocks away (24th street).
Fun lively area close to NYU, restaurants and interesting stores are located here.
This is great for restaurants, nightlife, boutiques (and perhaps an occasional celebrity).
