Why the Owner Chose Kenwood

We purchased our property for the incredible barn and the private access to the trails in Annadel State Park. Of course we also loved the amazing views across the vineyards to the Mayacamas Mountains, the serenity and the whole Wine Country experience. Throw in the fact that we have easy access to San Francisco and the wonderful Sonoma Coast - how can you beat it?

The Unique Benefits at this Guest Suite

The guest suite is very romantic and peaceful. From the rustic pine bed you can see the mountains and also watch the deer, the wild turkeys and other creatures wander through the property. Being next to Annadel and the trails is great but the best thing is sitting on the deck having breakfast as the morning fog clears or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets and the moon rises over the tranquility of the Valley of the Moon.
The Wine Passport is a huge saving - complimentary tasting at 30 Sonoma wineries!

A
Annadel State Park

5,500 acres and 25 miles of trails to explore. Some of the best single track in Northern California.

B
Sugarloaf Ridge State Park

From the top see down into the Sonoma Valley on one side and the Napa Valley on the other

Owner's Map of Kenwood

Robert and Linda in front of the lavender garden. We love our property and enjoy sharing it with our guests. We particularly enjoy directing them to some out of the way, smaller wineries.
We spend a lot of time with the horses,we have three of our own and four boarders. Our three are Arabians and compete in Endurance Competition - long distance races of 50 or 100 miles. We ride from our wonderful barn right into Annadel State Park or trailer the short distance to Sugarloaf or Jack London.
Linda has completed the Tevis Cup - 100 miles in one day from Lake Tahoe to Auburn - four times. This is considered to be one of the toughest endurance races in the world. www.tevis.org
