Set far off of the street, it is a peaceful and relaxing place that backs to a beautiful open meadow. There are NO homes behind!! You get that true getaway feeling. Hiking/Equestrian/X-Country ski trails are right out the backyard(right beyond meadow in this picture).
20 Minutes to Lake Tahoe. 15 minutes to Northstar, 15-20 minutes to Squaw/Alpine/Sugarbowl/Boreal. 35 Minutes to Reno. You can walk to Tahoe Donner Ski resort, it is less than 1 block away...!!

I live and work in sales down in the bay area. I enjoy running 10k's, half and full marathons, traveling, and of course hanging out in Tahoe.
Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Donner
Tahoe Donner is great as it is one of the newer areas, it's a very nice community, and the amenities are great. It is right off of 80 so it's only 3.5 hours from the bay area, and close to all of the major locations.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
My property is unique because it backs to the National Forest, the meadow is what sold me on this place, it is great winter or summer. It is just a peaceful and relaxing setting. Now matter how miserable the drive is to get there, you forget all about that once you arrive. Also, it is nice being walking distance to the Tahoe Donner Ski resort.
