Living room also has own fireplace with open views of pool and secluded back yard. House was completely renovated in 2004 so all modern amenities are available. Set on a private flag lot 1 1/2 miles from Main Street, 2 miles from the ocean and south of the highway. Four bedrooms up and one bedroom on the first floor. Basement is partially finished for a perfect playroom for the kids.
Master bedroom has a king sized bed with walk in closet large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Also has private balcony to back yard. Other three bedroom upstairs all have queen sized beds and televisions. Downstairs has a queen and private bathroom. All room have cableTV while wifi works throughout the house.
Over sized pool is fenced in with 1000 sqft of patio with pergola so water is available yet protected from children. We have four children of our own so safe fun has been considered throughout. The back yard is also fenced in so you can relax while your kids are outside.
