Our condo is located on one the quietest bays in the Mission Bay area. It is close to several Boat Launches and the channel to get into open ocean. Sea World is within walking distance. Fireworks from Sea World can be seen nightly during the summer from the living room couch, balcony or the beach below. San Diego Zoo (One of the top 5 zoo's in the country) is less than a 15 minute drive.
Our unit is affordably priced for families, and strategicly located to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. Great for families, or anyone that wants a lot of room (1400 sq ft), and a peaceful relaxing place to stay, yet with lots of activities very close by when it is time to kick it up a notch or two.
If you close your eyes and imagine a part of heaven, you will then know what a week here would be like. Enjoy the sand, sun, and water during the day, the romance of a walk along the bay or beach at night. Enjoy the special celebration of life along with the Sea World Fireworks. When the joy of the day eases to the sleepy moments of the night, relax, and go to sleep, knowing that another day of the beauty that San Diego has to offer, will be waiting for you to enjoy, in the morning.
Parks, golf courses, shopping, water sports, diving, hiking, and just about anything you can imagine you might want to do, is within reach,all the time or during that special season.

- Elevator: An elevator is available for the disabled. It is also very helpful during move in, move out, and coraling the kids.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Winter rate $1500/week + tax and $125 cleaning fee
A $500 refundable deposit is required 60 days prior to rental date, with the
balance due before move in.
If less than 60 days to move in, the full amount is due.
Summer rate $1800/2200 + tax and $125 cleaning fee
