Located on the 24th floor of a very safe upscale building. Sunny and modern, it has all the amenities including new stainless steel appliances w/ dishwasher, high speed wireless internet, unlimited local and many free long distance phone calls, high definition 32 inch LCD TV with cable and all the major local, US and movie channels, CD and DVD players, iPod docking station, lots of closet space, iron and board, etc. The balcony offers a splendid view of the city and river as well as the amazing summer long International Fireworks Competition (every Saturday night). Wonderful bright pool, gym and sauna on the 27th floor! Convenience store and pharmacy on the ground floor of the building.

You will just love this apartment. It is located in the heart of Montreal where you will find some of the best restaurants and the trendiest cafés, terraces and boutiques in the city. This area, called the Plateau Mont-Royal (or simply the Plateau -- pronounce «pl-at-oh») is chic and trendy while retaining some of its 'bohemian' flavor. It is where, every year, world famous festivals such as the International Jazz Festival and the Just for Laughs Festival are held.

More specifically, the building is directly across the street from the wonderful Parc LaFontaine, designed by the creators of New York's Central Park. This peaceful yet very lively green space is a haven from the busy life around, where people bicycle, jog and play sports, where young families like to take a stroll and where friends like to meet for a concert or a play at the outdoor auditorium or for a picnic around the small lake.

The very lively Avenue Mont-Royal and Rue Saint-Denis are just a stone's throw away, as are the Sherbrooke and Papineau metro stations. The other main Montreal landmarks and attractions such as museums and Old Montreal are also within walking distance.

  • I just wanted to write and say what a nice time we had staying in your apartment for 8 nights. It is a very well equipped and decorated apartment. You are very thoughtful in leaving basic food items there for guests. And the kitchen is very well outfitted. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner twice there. We discovered the Maison de Roti and had a great fun getting dinner to go there. Also we bought a STM Opus card and used the buses and subways all week to get around easily. And, as you promised, the fireworks were just amazing from the balcony.
