The Pelican House.

A little Key West in Southwest Florida. Come relax in the casual comfort of this delightfully appointed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. A king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in another and twin beds that convert to another king size bed makes this house an easy choice for three couples or couples with kids.

The house also has a queen sleeper sofa bed, and three TVs and DVDs: two in bedrooms. The house has cable and wireless internet service. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a blender for Margaritas.

The heated pool and spa is enclosed in a Lanai that also houses a gas grill. The house backs up to one of Cape Coral's many canals and has a dock upon which you can sit and sip an evening cocktail while you watch the sunset and turtles and ducks, some with ducklings, swim by.

  • Just returned from a 2 week stay at this home. It was just wonderful very clean and decorated very nicely. The heated pool was very nice when we had alittle cold spell. Would stay here anytime, everything was just great. Owner and management team were all very nice people.

  • Hello! :) So, my boyfriend and I went to the Pelican House for vacation in September. It was awesome! We had had our mind set on going to Miami, which is a short drive away, but once we got to the house we changed our minds quickly. The house had a such a beautiful decor and the pool area was just perfect. Complete with cool lighting, very nice grill,and bar area. We also figured out that there was so much to do in the near vicinity. We went to the breathtaking beaches of Santa Bella and Captiva. We shopped at the enormour Miramar outlet malls. We went to Naples for an amazing dinner. One of our favorite restaurants, Shula's was real close as well. If I had to rate my vacation from 1 through 10, I give it a 10. And I can honestly say, the house made it perfect. It had all the ammenities, beautifully decorated, yet still inviting and warm. The management company was very helpful and the property was prestene. I couldn't believe what a steal it was. My boyfriend and I cant wait to go back and next time we're bringing friends. For anybody looking for a great vacation rental, this property will exceed your every expectation. When, we left, we wanted to buy it. But we cant, so we look forward to the next time and many more times. We're even gonna rent it for his parents to go down. Thats how much we loved it. And you will too:) Thank you.
