  Beautiful home with gorgeous views of the canal. Sun all afternoon and well into the evening. Very comfortable and very clean with everything needed to have an awesome vacation. Owner very easy to work with. Looking forward to next year. BTW loved Joey's Pizza!!

  This was our second visit and we enjoyed it very much each time. Property is well kept. So relaxing to sit by or in the pool and watch the wading birds, pelicans and the burrowing owls. We didn't feel the need to go to the beach every day. Neighborhood is very quiet and the nobody around even on weekend nights so it is not for party animals!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  We have recently returned from our third trip to this wonderful property in the last 20 months. It has always been sad each time we have had to leave. The property is recently constructed and is large and spacious throughout. We have found it spotlessly clean on each occasion. It is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need to experience an effortless vacation. Most of the rooms overlook the beautiful heated pool and screened terrace area, and the palm fringed wide water view beyond. There are high ceilings and huge sliding patio doors throughout the house so you can always see the odd boat passing by, not to mention dolphins. There are so many extra items generously and thoughtfully provided by the owner, from bikes, beach towels and sun loungers to the large barbecue on the patio. You are within walking distance of several good restaurants, shopping etc. and our favourite spot, The Esplanade. This is a beautiful spot if you are eating out - breakfast, lunch or dinner - or perhaps just watching the sunset with a cocktail (not to be missed!). Finally, the house is but a 45 minute drive from the airport, a short drive from beautiful beaches, and ideally located for many exciting day trips, including The Everglades. We rented a boat and went to Naples for the day, one of the most beautiful cities in the US. It is only 25 minutes away if you drive. So there you have it, we love this place, there is not a single negative to mention. We would thoroughly recommend the whole experience with only one side note.........please leave room for us so we can make our reservation for next year!

  My husband and I stayed for a week while our own home in Naples was being shown by realtors, as we are looking for property on Marco once our home sells. We found this property to be a very nice home, with a MUCH better view than shown on the listing, as it has a sweet little BAY view. Fish were periodically jumping out of the water, and there was either an eagle or a bird that looks like one visiting every day, sitting on top of a pole directly across the bay-- We wished we had our binoculars along with us! We brought our laptop and with the internet connection provided we were able to work as usual, so it was very easy to take care of our business as well. Michael accommodated us on very short notice, and we will recommend this property to our friends who love to visit Marco Island.

  I just have to share my info..this is a must read. This vacation home is wonderful. The location is great. I spent two wonderful weeks in this paradise home with my husband, two children and my mom and dad. We could not have wanted more. Quiet street made it nice to go for a walk every night. The canal area was full of fish. We saw manatees, and dolphins swim through. The pool area and lanai was so clean and well maintained. The easy up tent on location and the beach chairs made it so easy to go to the beach everyday. Michael, the owner was the best to deal with. He was always quick to answer any questions and very professional. I have stayed in alot of vacation homes and this is the first review I felt I just had to write. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway...look no further. Book this home today.

  This was our second time staying in this vacation home. The house is immaculate and the rooms are spacious. We loved spending our days out by the pool, and fishing off the dock. Michael the owner is great and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying in this home.

  The house is beautiful! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The view is great from any room in the house as there are many windows facing the pool. The master bath is awesome, especially the walkin shower which has 3 showerheads! We would not hesitate to rent this house again. Thanks Michael.

  This home was everything we anticipated and more!. The home is beautifully decorated with many upscale touches throughout. We loved every minute we were there. We especially liked early morning bike rides and the heated pool. We saw dolphins swim by twice! This is a very quiet neighborhood. ( at times we felt like we were the only ones there!) We caught fish right off the dock many times! The distance to the beach was about 5 minutes by car. The only problem with the beaches is parking. Residence beach does not allow visitors and the other two beaches charge $8.00 per day to park , with limited parking spaces. We especially enjoyed the Sands Bar ( happy hour) . We tried Snook inn but found that to be “ cold and impersonal,” and very crowded although the food was good. I could go on and on about this great vacation home. Michael and his family were wonderful to work with, my only regret is this house is already booked for next year!!!

  My family and I stayed in this beautiful home the week after Christmas. We were instantly happy when we walked in the house and saw the gorgeousl water views from the kitchen, living room, family room, guest rooms and master bedroom. It was very open, bright (lots of windows), and airy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed, the house was clean, and there was everything we wanted available during our stay (bikes, fishing rods, pool toys). The location was great - close to everything. Caught snapper, ladyfish, and flounder from the dock! Michael Pace was very helpful and accomodating. Would love to visit again!

  Just wanted to say thank you to Michael Pace for sharing this wonderful home with our family. My husband and I, and our four children, spent the last two weeks of July there. We all had a fantastic time. The home was beautiful and immaculately clean - the pictures on the website do not do the home justice. When you walk in to the home for the first time - you feel like you are at home. Our kids totally enjoyed waking up every morning and fishing from the dock. The sunsets were beautiful. The ease of going different places from Marco made for a nice vacation - we went snorkeling in Key Largo, took an airboat ride in the Everglades, and spent one day on Naples at the Zoo and at Pier in Naples. But there was nothing like coming back to this home. And there is nothing else like Marco Island - the beaches, the shelling, the ocean. The Snook Inn is a must if you are vacationing on Marco for it's atmosphere - Arturo's is a great Italian Restaurant - and of course - the Crazy Flamingo. But most of our meals were enjoyed at Capistrano Court. Sunsets at the Esplanade are a must - but again must of our sunsets were seen from the lanai. Michael was very helpful in the rental process. I want to thank him for offering his home at such an affordable price and allowing us to make memories in Marco. We will be back:)
